The property is located conveniently near historic Yucaipa uptown. Uptown has old town feel with good restaurants, microbreweries and wine tasting rooms. The cottage has lovely views of snow capped San Gorgonio from the living room. Two sets of stairs access either the kitchen or the living room. The apartment is in 1950s style with lots of wood and classic mid century modern tile. There is a small Breakfast nook to enjoy your coffee with a view of Bryant Street. The unit has modern upgrades, such as ultra quiet mini split air conditioning and heating. The furnishings are brand new designed by La-Z-Boy furniture for comfort and style.
