It is very close to the beach and the river that connects Lagoa da Conceição to the sea. It is very well located and close to markets, pharmacies, gyms, bakeries and laundry.
The double bedroom is equipped with cable TV and the WiFi internet signal is great due to the installation of a signal repeater inside the apartment.
Barra da Lagoa is the best beach on the island of Santa Catarina to learn to surf and at the same time close to Lagoa where nightlife is the hottest in the city.
