Nestled in the perfect location for outdoor adventure, the Fernandina Beach Golf Club, multiple parks, beach access, on-site tennis courts, a playground, and a grilling area are available to fill your itinerary. This condo building is the closest to the beach access and within easy walking distance for fun days on the sand. Some of your favorite memories will be made splashing in the shared, turquoise pool! When night falls, the firepit's dancing flames will beckon you near for stories and s'mores.

Bright and well-updated, the interior of the condo features an effortless open layout. The living room's oversized sofa and large TV are ideal for streaming sessions, whereas the kitchen is well-equipped for when you aren't testing out the area's local seafood restaurants and other eateries. Both a dining table and breakfast bar are available for mealtime masterpieces.

As evening nears, relish a quiet moment of sunset viewing from the balcony. Before bed, throw your swimsuits in the private washer/dryer for a refresh. Sleep will come easily in each of the bedrooms as you nestle under the soft linens and dream of the days to come!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
