Nice view, summer deck with bbq. Close to trails and little beach. Typical dated ski condo fixtures and furnishings, but well maintained-so not an issue. Ad states “sleeps six” but sleeping loft was padlocked. So make sure to clarify if that’s a problem. Three full baths!! And laundry. Community tub and spa hit the spot.
This property is a little gem. The condo includes access to tennis, pickleball, volleyball, pool/hottub, pier, and little beach area. The condo itself is a Tahoe Classic… cozy and inviting with two balconies. One off of a bedroom and the other off the living space.View of the lake is beautiful. Loved our stay!!
nice view of lake and close proximity to lake.Bummer that the hot tub/pool did not stay open for all of Sept since the weather was nice. The unit itself was outdated and needs upgrading (refrigerator, cabinet/sink units in bathrooms, kitchen cabinets - no pull out shelves, and dark wood was depressing. The biggest problem was that we got infested with wasps! Manager was able to relocate us which was much appreciated.
Loved that we had a view of the lake from dining room and deck and access to pier to watch sunrise. Liked proximity and walking trail to town. Liked that the kitchen was well equipped. Liked court and pool options. Not luxurious but comfortable and homey.

The host was difficult to reach and slow to respond, offering only an answering service instead of direct contact information. The service could not resolve issues or connect us with the host. We arrived during a power outage and were instructed to report it ourselves, which wasn’t possible without the account information. Requests to speak directly with the host, including escalation to a supervisor, were unsuccessful. The rental binder was hard to find, and the hot water did not last long enough for a full shower. That said, the location is beautiful and the views are excellent.
A wonderful stay - perfect for my crew, meaning not too fancy and plenty of space for my three-year-old to explore. The grounds were in great shape, and I was thankful the pool opened up while we were there. Minor suggestions: 1. The BBQ needs to be cleaned - we were not comfortable using it. 2. Not certain the upstairs TV worked - which is fine. Who comes to Tahoe to watch TV!

Reviewer Comments:
The view from this unit was pretty good. The double bed upstairs needs updating as do the twin beds and one broken twin bed frame downstairs...pads were a bit disgusting. But the size for the family was pretty darn great!
Stayed during a big winter storm and while a lot of the property was plowed, the driveway was not always. It became increasingly difficult to get in and out of the driveway even with chains. We called property management to ask for a snow shovel (there was none in the unit). And they basically said we were SOL. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and found the property as described.

No AC, and no way to circulate air. When we arrived we were surprised to see all the upstairs windows were open, including the slider to the patio, but we quickly realized why. It was like 85 degrees in there! There were a lot of cobwebs as well. I will say that the bedding and towels were clean. There were no issues with the automatic lock. Instructions were clear and easy to find for how to access the dock and so on.

These older units do not have A/C as it states in the description. We provide a fan in each bedroom for circulation which can be found in the closets. Unfortunately, no matter how much you clean in the mountains spider always find a way in... Such is life in Tahoe.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo for our ski trip to Alpine Meadows and Palisades Tahoe, which are nearby - approximately 15 minutes away by car. The condo is a bit dated, but the location is great / convenient, only 1.1 miles from the Tahoe City Safeway. The condo has a view of Lake Tahoe, which is only a very short walk across a parking lot and there is a little dock you can walk out on for photo opps. The amenities were fair, but we could not find a sharp kitchen knife which was slightly frustrating. Agree with other review that the condo is an older building and you can occasionally hear creaks when someone is walking, but it was bearable. The layout is nice, with the master suite located on the first floor that allows for privacy. Great very hot water for baths! The master bed was very soft but somehow surprisingly comfortable. The unit has a gas fireplace upstairs and gets very warm and cozy in a short time. Also, the wifi worked great. Thank you!
After the first night, my 2 year old and mother in law were stung by wasps on the patio while having lunch, then the wasps, too many too count, made it inside the house and we had to repack all of our belongings and food as quickly as possible while my husband sprayed the wasps with chemicals we had to purchase. Maintenence informed us pest control needed to be called in as there was an infestation of wasps. The managers of the property were also aware of this issue as they told me the previous tentants had an issue as well, but this was not disclosed to us until I called property management to report our issue. We had to go to a different location which was inconvenient in many ways as we had a 2 year old with us (no easy beach access, had to drive everywhere versus walk or ride a bike). It was labor day weekend so the choice of properties available was quite limited. If the wasp issue is taken care of and maintained this would be a beautiful place to stay. Everything was clean and the view from the patio was gorgeous and it is in a great location. I have never written a negative review, but I was really disappointed in the lack transparency regarding the wasps as it caused harm to my family, interrupted our stay, and truly inconvenienced our 5 day stay Tahoe.
This property is great for a family. Real close to the water 2 minute walk to small beach and a little pier. There are many beaches close by if you want to spend the day at the water. It was generously stocked with kitchen equipment, including a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, even a salad spinner. [Bring you dry and wet meaduring cups cause we couldnt find any. We left the one that we bought] Or perhaps extra large stock pans, frying pans if cooking for a big family. It had sugar, salt, pepper and various spices, coffee filters, paper towels and TP. The queen size bed is older but ok as far as comfort. The king mattress is nice. And theres also a bedroom with 2 twins. Not included was the loft as it was locked. But if they unlocked it, there would be enough room for 2-4 more kids. The bathrooms are stocked well with TP, shampoo & conditioner. Very clean. Parking [one spot] and guest parking is right around the corner. Balcony off the livingroom was nice. Had the hot afternoon sun. Could i suggest maybe an umbrella for the table [6 chairs] ? The balcony off the queen bedroom was nice for morning coffee. Al-in-all we had the best time. The condo itself is older [older decor] but fit us all and was very clean. We will be back!

Great location. Really suited our needs. As mentioned in previous reviews a shovel would have been nice. Luckily we had a small shovel in our car, otherwise clearing car and path from driveway would have been difficult. Beds were also soft and lumpy but not a deal breaker. Had no need to interact with Management company directly but access to lockbox was seamless.
Such a cute cozy condo! Brought some friends to Tahoe for the first time and it was a perfect place to stay. Amazing location!

Reviewer Comments:
We stayed a week in July. The condo was conveniently located near the lake, grocery store, and restaurants. It was well maintained and appointed. The only drawback was that temperatures were in the upper 80s when we stayed and the upstairs section (living room, kitchen, and a bedroom) were quite warm in the evenings without air conditioning. This is typical for the area, so I plan to take a portable cooler in future.
Property management very responsive, (except closed weekends), unit had plenty of linens, pool and spa are awesome and the grounds well kept. But....the view is everything! The lake is breathtaking!
We all loved our stay at the Saint Francis home Miller. The house was very clean. It was close to the waters. This house had everything we needed. There's a bathroom for every room which we loved. If we come back to Tahoe again we are definitely choosing this house to stay at. Although the floors were a little bit squeaky. That was really nothing compared to how comfortable and relaxing this house is. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family..
We loved our stay. Check in was easy and the views are amazing. Accommodations are spacious and comfortable. The only complaint is that the pool and spa were not in working order. We were looking forward to those amenities. However, we were overall happy with our stay and would love to here again.
This place has a nice lake view and everything we wanted for a weekend at Tahoe. That said, it’s a funky old ski condo — carpets everywhere, old appliances, limited kitchen utensils for cooking — so be aware this is a budget option for a group. The indoor hot tub also closed for the season while we were there, so inquire about amenities before you book if that’s important to you.
The condo was comfortable and well heated.
The rooms were far enough away to get some alone time. The swivel chairs in the front room we’re comfortable too.
Nice view of the lake. We hope to stay there again next year.

We always enjoy our stay at the Miller's vacation townhouse on beautiful Lake Tahoe. This was this first time going in November. The views out the window and walks on the beach and many bike paths was wonderful. The space is always clean and well stocked. The beds a very comfortable. A perfect short getaway from our busy lives.

Need to be upgraded!
All the beds need to be upgraded. Carpets were very old and dirty. There was cobwebs around the windows and doors. looks like it was not dusted in a while. Refrigerator was old and parts inside where broken off. All rooms on both floors when walking on them were very squeaky it would wake us up at night when someone was walking on them.
Not a quality unit. Was dirty and not well kept up.
