Paradise awaits you at the Havasu Hacienda in Lake Havasu. This one-of-a-kind hacienda beach resort-style house offers a 600 square foot palapa overlooking the pool and spa, as well as a 3-hole putting green. Whether swimming, grilling, lazing in the hammocks or socializing around the fire island, this backyard oasis is the perfect place to relax on vacation.

The space:

The house offers a front deck with Spanish gate, decorative chiminea, and an outdoor dining table. Once inside, the open-concept living/kitchen/dining area is great for spending quality time with friends and family. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8. In addition, there is ample parking for vehicles and boats with the 3 car, 35' boat deep garage with 8' doors and a long driveway. Parking is available in the garage and driveway. Street parking is discouraged.

Other things to note:

Propane for grilling and the fire table is included at no charge. For guests who wish to heat the pool/spa there is an additional daily fee that is payable in advance. Please inquire as to current rates.
