This is a wonderful residence, located just north of Temecula, CA. Perfectly situated, you can easily visit San Diego to south and Palm Springs to the north. Pat is a wonderful owner, we highly recommend this property!!
We chose this property as we were first time snowbirders and felt that being in a senior community that was close to many activities and shopping would be best for us. This site is an hour away from San Diego, many beaches, Palm Springs and Disneyland which was an added bonus. There are also nice parks and restaurants in the area. This property is clean and the area generally is quiet. Our only concern was that some of the small appliances and cookware are old and bath towels and linens need to be replaced. Also unfortunately during the last month of our stay the HOA spray and killed the grass and tore up the front yards on the street to replace with water saving materials while at the same time cut trees and limbs in the backyard/patio area which made it too noisy and unusable.
The property owner is one of the nicest people you can speak with. The property is close to shopping and the freeway. Everything you need is there. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

the wife and I were very comfortable , Everything needed is included in the rental. We would stay again if the need arose. Shops and stores are nearby . Our home was damaged due to a broken water pipe and stayed several months until it was repaired.

Lovely place, easy access to freeway
This place has been recently renovated and is very nice and clean. On a clear day there is a great view of Big Bear Mountain from the back patio. New washer and dryer, stove and cook top. It is only a 10 minute walk to either the club house and swimming pool or around the corner to the shopping area with two grocery stores, drug stores, etc. There is very close and easy access to I-215. We stayed for a month and everyone we met was so nice.

I am a recently retired kindergarten teacher who helped my mother buy this property in 1994. I always return to this family place, smiling at great memories and with a sense of serenity. I would be especially delighted to find tenants who would like to return seasonally as a winter home or summer retreat each year.
Why they chose this property
Mother and I found this place after she decided it was time to move from snowy Illinois. Neither of us ever took the wonderful weather or the idyllic setting for granted. Mother never tired of expressing her gratitude for the convenience, beauty, and sunny weather that gives Sun City its name.
