Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway only one block (50M) to beach. Great for pictures and sunset views over ocean. Or just a shady place to get away and read a book. Casita also has large screened in porch to relax in a hammock or to add sleeping or dining space. Unit is upgraded and includes all American standards eg. pressurized water, hot water, full electric, TV with Prime, AC all on one floor.
The space
The unit is the back half of a walled and barred duplex, with it's own entrance, street, carport and lockable gate. The pool, and laundry room is shared with the front unit where the owner resides most of the time and can help you out with any questions you may have.
Guest access
Guests are welcome anywhere around the property, and are encouraged to use front pool or rooftop deck which is accessed by the lovely spiral staircase up front. Unit has own lockable gate to use when entering and leaving the property.
