2BR Comfortable Condo with Easy Beach Access

Comfortable Jupiter Bay two bedroom, two bathroom unit with enclosed patio room overlooking a running trail and park. Beautiful beach is only a 350 yard walk away. Unit was recently updated and sports all new leather couch , mattresses, tile flooring, and luxury vinyl in the bedroom. There are granite countertops in the kitchen and baths. Flat screen, smart TV's are available in both the family and bedroom area's with high speed internet throughout.
The resort community has two pools, a hot tub, central grill, bocce court and tennis courts. In the evening enjoy a walk on the beach or around the beautiful lake and waterfall area. The adjoining park has covered cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills. Well maintained bocce courts are also available in the park along with lit tennis courts and an amphitheater.

All that you could possibly need is just minutes away: shopping, great restaurants, movie theaters, a fitness center and live theater! For more intense shoppers, the Gardens mall and Downtown are a short car ride away.

Twenty five minutes away you will find the West Palm Beach Airport and City Place, a very popular shopping, restaurant and night life area. You will also be in close proximity to the Mounts Botanical Garden and Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. For children you have the Palm Beach Zoo, Lion Country Safari, Rapids Water Park. If you fancy a day trip Orlando and Disneyworld is just over two hours away and Miami is only 90 miles south.

Charter fishing boats are available at the Jupiter inlet as well as cruising boats for those who prefer a lazy cruise up the intra coastal admiring all the beautiful homes and boats and the famous Jupiter lighthouse.

The Roger Dean Stadium is the spring training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. For the golfers we have too many courses to mention including the PGA.

The tenant experienced two days worth of problems with Xfinity due to a local system upgrade. I understand his frustration, but I have no control over those type of situations.

Baseball Trip

Spent 6 days in Condo for a baseball tournament. Very pleasant, had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed both pools especially the one next to the twisted tuna. Great location.

The location is great! The complex is quiet with beautiful landscaping. Easy access to the beach, park, walking, biking, shops, and many restaurants. Very cozy and comfortable furnishings. The owner was helpful with any concerns. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

We could not be happier with our recent stay at Jupiter Bay! Our one son loves to fish and the pond on property, Carlin Park and the Ocean 2 blocks away were Ideal! A block from publix and food shack + easy access to the beach and everything the Jupiter Inlet has to offer cannot be beat. We want to book again ASAP! Thanks Mark!

Great location for our family! A block to grocery store, beach and tons of resturants and shopping. Nice family room area for family game nite! And we loved the exercise trail feet from our back door. Sounds like they are making to changes to baseboard trim which is in bad shape. Our family will definitely stay again.

This condo is very spacious & convenient to beach, restaurants, shopping, walking trails...great location! There are 2 pools available & plenty of deck chairs. We would definitely stay here again. Mark, the owner, was very helpful & quick to respond when we had a problem with the A/C & problem was solved immediately. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the spotty WiFi .

We were in Jupiter to attend a family wedding and we really didn't know how this location would work with where the festivities were. We were very fortunate that our location was perfect. Every place we needed to be was minutes away. When we were free the pool was very enjoyable. The compound was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. Very Very Musty, Windows/Slider Dont Open

Although the unit was clean, it is very very musty smelling and all windows and only slider are all locked shut and cant be opened for fresh air. Our noses slammed shut! Owner response: open windows would add to the problem! Good location, and, on the positive side, mattress was comfortable. Not good: 2 of 3 large window blinds in sunroom didn't open, so there was very little view out onto greenbelt and room stayed dark. Ants in kitchen. No sheets on beds upon checkin; not one shred of toilet paper anywhere- wish we would have known this ahead of time, instead of at midnight when we settled in! Also, last, 3 TVs weren't working and very poor WIFI for the 1st 5 days until the cable box changed out. We would not recommend renting this unit based only on the very musty smell alone. There are lots of others to choose from, hopefully not stale and musty!

This tenant was understandably frustrated by the TV issue. Unfortunately, the issue was with a piece of faulty Comcast equipment that took three days to get diagnosed and replaced. The mustiness claim was bizarre and unique as I had three different parties in to address what they said was a non-issue at unnecessary cost. Previous and subsequent tenants did not report any issues. The windows and doors do indeed open. I kindly asked the tenant to depend on the AC as opening doors and windows create issues with the operation of the AC and bugs

the location of property was excellent it was close to beach and many restaurants . the unit was spacious and comfortable and kitchen aside of ants crawling around was well equipped . At our arrival we were promised to enter a clean unit but it was not cleaned and sheets and towels were all piled up. bathrooms were a mess. Contacted owner but did not respond so we had to contact VRBO. had to show proof of unit not being ready and was able to contact owner through VRBO. the unit was finally cleaned and prepped after a three hour delay of when promised. after a rough start must say we enjoyed our two week stay.

Excellent Condo but water damage caused bad musty smell.

Location was amazing and condo was very spacious. Lots of extras we didn't expect like coffee, seasonings, sugar, ziplock bags Etc. I would have rebooked again but the water damage in Florida room caused a terrible musty smell throughout the condo that you could not escape. Had to purchase over 50$ worth of damp rid, candles and smelly products to try and mask the odor but didn't help much. Owner had new leather couch delivered during our stay and was a bit inconvenient and I needed to adjust some plans. Right after I mentioned water damage to Mark and sent photos, disappointed that he didn't respond to issue—looking back at reviews this issue is not new. My husband had to use his inhaler more than usual and this would be very difficult to stay here if someone has asthma or any lung issues.

Excellent value for the location! Easy walk across the park to the beach, near to groceries, highway, Jupiter Inlet, etc. Apartment was clean and well-equipped. One note is that the sliders in the sunroom do not open— we were disappointed to find that we couldn’t open the windows to enjoy the fresh air.

Our group of four adults very much enjoyed our stay. The unit was comfortable--plenty of furniture to relax, read, nap, watch TV! Comfortable beds. Kitchen well-equipped for meal prep. We really enjoyed the sunroom--great view looking out over the walking/running trail. Condo complex is nicely landscaped and cared for. Easy walk to the beach.

The condo has great space and everything you need, and the location is amazing in terms of being able to walk to the beach and also walk to a nearby Publix. Mark was very nice and helpful with the few issues that came up (our unit was not ready upon arrival and he arranged for us to stay in a neighboring unit until that issue was resolved). Overall we had a nice stay!

Nice Beach home
