The house is on the beach Sununga in Ubatuba-SP, is standing in the sand literally!
The Sununga is a magical beach, less than 300m in length, with two side stones of cliffs and the Atlantic Forest still closed. It is 100m from Lázaro beach, less than 15 minutes from the center of Ubatuba-SP.
There are three bedrooms, one double on the ground floor, a mezzanine / bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen, a backyard in the background.
The house has all the necessary infrastructure for kitchen and bar, is close to beaches, bars and restaurants.

Localização excelente! De frente para a praia da Sununga, que pra mim é uma das mais bonitas de Ubatuba. Além disso, fica a 200 m da praia do Lázaro, para quem prefere um mar mais tranquilo. A casa não tem luxo, mas oferece tudo que é necessário para uma boa estadia, não sentimos falta de nada. O proprietário da casa, Marco Túlio, responde a todas as mensagens. Na próxima vez em Ubatuba, ficaremos lá de novo.
