I am Marcos Warschauer, a researcher with a curriculum vitae on the Lattes platform, so you can know a little bit more about me to be safer in the lease of this property by accessing my curriculum on the CNPq Lattes platform (search resumes).
My house is wonderful in gated community (SALGA) facing the sea with clear water, very clean and calm with white sand. Sleeps 13 people in five bedrooms. At the top, a reversible suite with double bed and three rooms with bunk beds, all with ceiling fan and closets for clothes. Two bathrooms (one reversible) and a full kitchen with fridge-freezer, stove with four burners, microwave, blender, cookware, pressure cooker, pans, dishes, silverware and dishes. dining area and living room are located in front of the house overlooking the sea, and flat screen TV for watching movies with family and friends. Big balcony in "L" with 180 degree views of the beach and the hill with hammocks to relax and hear the noise of the sea. This balcony you can see the children playing on the beach and in the sea so calm is seen as our huge pool.
At the bottom there are two rooms: one with a double bed and a single bed and standing fan and the other with tables, chairs and refrigerator that support the barbecue area next door, plus a bathroom. In the barbecue area has table, chairs and a large counter with sink for barbecues. A portable stove (is stored in the laundry) can be placed on the counter for cooking side dishes. Laundry small with a tank. Garage with capacity for up to five cars. Two beautiful lawns in front and behind the house where you can sunbathe with some privacy.
Holidays and seasons you can buy fresh fish on the beach in front of the house and 500 meters towards the hill is the Lagoinha river that gives access to the trail that leads to Bonete beaches, Great Bonete, Desert and Cedar (you can also go these boat beaches). With a walk of approximately half an hour you can find a waterfall and the ruins of Lagoinha.

A casa é realmente pé na areia , ampla , acomodou todos muito bem. Cozinha equipada e área de churrasco bem espaçosa. O que incomodou muito foi o cheiro de mofo nos quartos porque meus filhos que tem renite alérgica. No térreo tinha muitas baratas. Uma pena que uma casa tão boa não esteja sendo conservada.

Casa muito organizada e limpa. Com estilo veraneio, com vista incrível para a praia da Lagoinha, muito limpa e tranqüila para crianças. Distribuição do imóvel excelente, sendo area social no segundo piso, privilegiando a vista da praia do amanhecer ao entardecer. Proprietário e caseiros cordiais e solicitos. Fica a dica para os aventureiros, o início da trilha das 7 praias fica proximo ao imóvel ao final da praia Lagoinha, sendo aprox 10km de caminhada passando por sete praias até a praia Fortaleza. Uma mais bonita que a outra. Não indicado para crianças, devido aos trechos sinuosos. Indico a volta de barco, serviço oferecido na ultima praia, para fechar com chave de ouro. Resumindo eu e minha família vivemos dias incríveis neste local. Voltarei na proxima oportunidade!
