About this property

Historic 2 bed 2 bath home with deck and private garden

Our home is in the heart of Richmond's historic district in Church Hill, the oldest neighborhood in the city. The house was built in 1842 and we have recently completed a renovation. There are two bedrooms upstairs, both with queen-sized beds. Downstairs there is a sitting room and the new ikea kitchen (gas cooker and dishwasher) with mid-century furniture. A lower floor features a large lounge with internet tv and another bathroom (and laundry and workout equipment); lower floor could also used as a bedroom. Back of house has a large raised deck (not overlooked) looking out on a large private garden.
