Meticulously restored and updated for comfortable and efficient 21st century living, this cozy retreat offers a quiet, private and upscale experience in the heart of one of the hippest neighborhoods in the city. You'll notice the difference! There are no shared spaces-it's all yours! Free, easy, and unrestricted street parking is available in front or on the side of the building.

Very nice place to stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. This is a great neighborhood with a wonderful park that has beautiful views (Libby Hill Park), wonderful cafe (Hill cafe), good coffee (Riverbend) and delicious Detroit pizza (Secret Square) etc. I would recommend this VRBO as a very nice place to stay for one or two people.
