Great spot for a traveling business person or couple. Well-appointed and designed. I was proud to stay here, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
Property was spotless, beautiful and comfortable. The location was quiet and convenient. The local information provided by the host was helpful. We had dinner at one of the restaurants recommended and it was excellent!
My husband and I were blown away, because the pictures don't do it justice. Not only was this place amazing, the location is perfect! This will be my number one pick when I'm in Richmond. I just pray that it's available!!
Can't say enough good things about this place. Beautifully decorated, well appointed and comfortable. Street parking was not an issue. We look forward to staying there again!

Thank you. Christine! We enjoyed hosting you- come back and see us whenever you're in RVA.
Beautiful place. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel but more like home! The art, the decor, the cleanliness, the bedding, everything was just fabulous.
Everything was great! The kitchen was absolutely beautiful and everything you may need. The host was great and answered our questions very quickly. We would definitely stay again!
Parking was so easy, right outside garden gate door. Area felt safe, and walking east, west, and south through the historic district was very pleasant. Apt was lovely, spotless and well furnished. BR, Eat-in kitchen with plenty of prep area and essentials, and a large chairs for lounging/reading in hallway and BR. Host provided plenty of towels and choices of shampoo, etc. When we were there, couldn't find a cutting board which would have been handy -- easily remedied. We enjoyed a cross-town day at great Art Museum, Stella's (def make reservation in advance, as often packed tight), and Ellwood Thompson, bulk & "health" foods, Sprouts-like grocery named after its cross streets.

The cutting board was in the kitchen during your stay. It’s impressive that such a minor, easily solved item earned headline status in your review, especially since you never reached out. We’re always available to help guests locate anything in real time.
Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!

This piece of property was beyond breathtaking and easily accessible. Additionally, this property was located amongst restaurants, bars, shops, and not far from Downtown. I would recommend this stay to anyone.
