This property is well furnished and very convenient to downtown Richmond. It is in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with on-street parking by the front door. However, the interior is "getting tired" -- needs a re-fresh on lights, window blinds, some plumbing, patch-painting, etc.

Awesome property, well located in a clean and safe neighborhood, and great communication from the hosts. Easy access and parking just feet from the front door. The house was clean with everything we needed for a 4 night stay, will definitely stay here again if we return to Richmond!

The apartment was nice with easy parking, a fine yard for our pup, and a safe location. The host was easy to communicate with and readily responded when we reported a few items in need of maintenance like a very squeaky bed. It was in walking distance to a few cafes as well. Overall, we were happy staying in the apartment for a long weekend, but it could use some TLC as a few of the walls and furniture look a little damaged (most likely from previous guests) and the fence in the backyard doesn't fully close.
