This cute place was great for our family. Several places to eat within walking distance and right near the expressway! Accommodating host who was very accessible. She thought of everything we may need!!

Lovely place to stay

I’d like to share that the 2 floors are both accessible from the elevator without the use of stairs required. This is great from a disability point of view. Speaking of views… incredible. Walkable to restaurants and convenient to downtown and surrounding areas.

The apartment was beautiful and so conveniently located. We were visiting Richmond to look at colleges, and we were able to use the apartment as a launchpad to get to UVA, U of Richmond, and William and Mary. Everything was perfect.

Best Stay in RVA

Absolutely loooooved the place! The views of downtown on the top patio are amazing - perfect setting to watch the sunrise and set. The unit is very neat and cute. The art and notes around made it feel homey. The owner was suuuuper responsive and very kind throughout the whole stay. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here. Neighborhood is cute, quiet, walkable with lots of restaurants and brewery around.

Clean, modern penthouse. Master bedroom is good but 2nd bedroom is really best for a small child. Very small room. Not much furniture to set things on, like suitcases etc. Not much of a living room area, furniture is uncomfortable and small, no dining table although there is a really nice bar in kitchen with 4 bar stools. Has a really nice, big deck area off the kitchen. The property has really nice amenities, pool, excercise room, etc. although we did not use them. The lobby was very nice with a lot of seating to gather with friends. Security was excellent, use an app on your phone to enter the building and the penthouse.
