The house was just what we needed. It is located close to I-64, so you hear some traffic noise, but it was not a problem. And it is very convenient to Short Pump and Broad St. Excellent communication with Maryam. We would stay there again.

This guest was extremely difficult to host. Despite providing 72 pieces of utensils, they complained it was not enough for just two people. They insisted on an 8:00 AM check-in instead of the standard 4:00 PM (without paying for the extra night), demanded a 2:30 PM checkout instead of 11:00 AM, and requested an additional TV in the second bedroom. They left my home in poor condition, with heavy dirt throughout and oil stains on my brand-new vinyl floors. They also attempted to claim a family emergency to leave a day early and asked for a refund, but once they realized it was non-refundable, the “emergency” was no longer mentioned. Additionally, they complained about a lack of trash bags, even though there were at least ten provided under kitchen sink. I would never host this guest again and strongly caution other hosts, as they did not appreciate any kindness or flexibility I extended, and instead took advantage of it.

We needed a place close to my grandchildren, and this home did not disappoint. Very clean, with plenty of room inside and outdoors to host a family day and barbecue. Also, you do not feel like a renter, but as a guest. Shampoo, conditioner, body cream, toothpaste surprisingly provided! The owners are gracious and always available, if needed. We would love to make this rental our home away from home when visiting.

We find this place to be great for our dog. It’s a single level and a sturdy set of stairs leads down from the back deck to a flat and spacious fenced-in yard.
