Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located condo on a quiet street next to the beach in Puerto Vallarta! Two blocks to the boardwalk in a wonderful neighborhood loaded with bars and restaurants. Stylish condo with its own private terrace plus a rooftop pool and patios.

While my wife and I are new hosts, we are not new to VRBO We have been guests around the world many times over so we know what makes a great experience for you. We also have a rental property in the US and would be happy to provide references to you. Our wish is for you to have a relaxing and fun time at our condo, and we will do our best to ensure you do!

The condo is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the historical neighborhood of 5th of Diciembre and a brief walk into the Center of Puerto Vallarta along the Boardwalk. The beach is a few steps away and we supply beach towels and umbrellas for your use.
The walkability of this condo is 10/10! Plus it is on a quiet street--you are very close to great activities and you get to relax and sleep in quiet.

The condo has a large bedroom with king bed and a private master bath. The living room joins a full service kitchen with bar and has a queen size Murphy bed. The condo can easily be shared by four people. The best part of the condo is the covered private terrace--four people can sit open air and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. You can enjoy the outdoors, eating, drinking or napping in your own space one level above the quiet street!

Climb a few more flights of stairs and you can relax on the rooftop patio shared with two other condos. Sunsets, outdoor drinking and dining, a sundeck and a covered deck await you next to the swimming pool!
