Welcome to Pelicans Nook! Located in the Sandpiper Cay community in Kitty Hawk. We hope you enjoy our little piece of heaven as much as we do. Our place has everything you need for your perfect getaway with friends & family. 2 bd/2.5 ba with a king bd in the master & a queen bd & day bed w/ trundle in the guest room. Close to restaurants, shopping & short drive to the nearest beach & beach accesses. Enjoy the community pool (seasonally) & the tennis/basketball court, all within walking distance.

>Bedrooms:
1: Queen bed and daybed with trundle, balcony, en suite with tub, and 55" smart tv.
2: King bed, en suite full bathroom, and 55" smart tv.

>Kitchen/Dining Room/Laundry Room:
Fully equipped to meet your needs, our kitchen includes a full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee maker, and is fully stocked with all cookware and utensils. Full-size table that seats 6 where you can savor meals you've prepared together or enjoy take-out from nearby eateries. The washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen/dining room.

Comfy couch and chair, board games, puzzles, few books, half bathroom, and 55" smart tv.

>Frequently asked questions:

1. What time is check in and check out?
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. This allows enough time for our cleaning team to prepare the property for you and the next guest.

2. Do you offer early check in or late check out?
Unfortunately, no. Check in is any time after 4:00 p.m. Our cleaning team does not provide us with a scheduled time that they clean, however, they do their best to finish cleaning the condo prior to the check in time. Due to the same reason, we are unable to accommodate any later check outs. In addition, our cleaners do charge infraction fees if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 a.m.

3. What linens are provided?
We provide bed linens, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, make up towels, wash towels, bathmats, and kitchen towels.

4. What household supplies are provided?
-Paper towels and toilet paper
-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap
-Dish soap, sponge, kitchen cleaning spray, and dishwasher pods
-Trash bags (kitchen and bathrooms)
-Laundry pods and dryer sheets
-Salt, pepper, various seasonings, pam, and olive oil
-K cups, ground coffee, and coffee filters
-Creamer and sweeteners
-Variety of tea bags and hot coco
-Blow dryers
Anything else you may need outside of the complimentary items provided will need to be supplied by the guest.

5. Where are you located?
Our home is located in the Sandpiper Cay Community, Kitty Hawk, NC milepost 3.5.

6. How far is the beach?
The nearest beach access is 0.8 miles.

7. What TV channels do you provide?
All of our TVs are 55" high definition smart TCL TVs where you will have complimentary access to Roku, Spectrum, Tubi, and Pluto. Additionally, there are many apps you can access by using your own username/password to log in.

8. What type of internet do you provide?
We provide unlimited high speed internet and Wi-Fi.

9. How many parking spaces are there?
HOA limits 2 vehicles per Condo unit. There are no assigned parking spaces. Recreational trailers, motor homes, boats/jet skis are NOT PERMITTED. Parking or driving of any motorized vehicle on lawns and/or tended grounds is NOT PERMITTED.

10. Can I access the community pool?
Can I access the tennis/basketball court?
Yes, the pool opens the weekend prior to Memorial Day weekend and closes the last Sunday in September. Pool hours are 9:00 am - 8:00 pm until Labor Day and 9:00 am - 7:00 pm after Labor Day. You will be provided a pool pass for use during your stay. There will be a $25 fee for lost pool pass.

The tennis/basketball court is open all year, dawn to dusk.

Please note the HOA has the right to change the availability of these amenities at any time, however this is not related to your accommodation booking and, therefore no discounts/refunds will be awarded if these amenities are not available during your stay.

11. Is there a grill?
Yes, a gas grill is provided along with propane. Please do not move the grill. After use, please clean the grill and allow to cool prior to placing the cover back on and securing the straps.

12. Can I access the owner closets?
Unfortunately, no. Please respect our wishes and do not enter the locked closets. This includes a closet in the kitchen and in the hallway upstairs. Owner closets are marked with a private sign.

13. Does this property use a septic system?
Yes, please do not flush or pour in the drains anything that is not biodegradable. You should not dispose of grease, oils, detail floss, feminine hygiene products, diapers, cigarette butts, tissues, cotton swabs, coffee grounds, paper towels or chemicals in the drains.

Full access to the entire condo except for the locked owners closets. Easy check in and check out with electronic keypad door lock. Access code will be sent prior to arrival.

All communication will be through the platform.

>Children are welcome, but the condo unit is not baby proof.

>Please bring your own beach gear and towels.

>Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. It's always a good idea to buy travel insurance during hurricane season.

>Security cameras:
We are equipped with an exterior Ring Camera that is capable of recording video and audio.

Audio video camera (Ring) views the parking lot and is exterior facing only. It is capable of recording and/or sending video, audio, and/or still images.

>Community Pool
