About this property
Rustic, charming beach house straight out of Old Kitty Hawk. Ocean views
Traditional, charming cottage/house with deeded easement to the beach. About 75 yards to the surf. Wonderful front deck with plenty of ocean views. Sometimes, if luck should have it, a school of porpoises may entertain you while you enjoy the deck or the sandy beach- that is a minutes walk across Virginia Dare Trail. Access to a public beach, with a bath house is less right up to street. If you decide to enjoy a good meal, numerous restaurants are within a short distance, as are fishing piers and the World's famous John's Drive In (historically know for its dolphin (fish not porpoise) sandwich and boat. Enjoy the enclosed, outdoor shower and covered patio underneath the house.
A utility room with washer and dryer is also located on the ground level. Charm and quaintness at a very affordable price.
