Enjoy the amazing views from the upper level porch as well an extremely short walk to private beach access and 3 houses down from public beach access (Lillian Beach Access). The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (1st BR: 1 King bed, 2nd BR: 1 Queen Bed, 3rd BR: 2 Full beds), a full bath, and a living area. The top floor includes a 4th bedroom (1 King Bed) and a full bath, the kitchen with bar (seating for 2), a dining room table with seating for 8, and a living room. Smart TV's in all 4 BRs and both living rooms. Both levels have porches, with outdoor furniture. The top porch is a wrap around and is partially covered and partially open for sunbathing. Outdoor dining furniture is available as well as lounging chairs. Plenty of amazing restaurants nearby including Hurricane Mo's with arguably the best Happy Hour in the OBX.

This 4 bedroom house is on stilts, no elevator access. Ring Doorbell is installed under the house for security purposes.

Please bring bed sheets and bath linens, toiletries, and paper products. We supply bed top covers (quilts) and pillows. Linens and a variety of beach equipment can be rented via local providers, please ask for references, if interested.

Kitty Hawk vacation

It’s a nice, clean and comfortable house. It’s very close to the beach. The only reason I would not recommend it because you need to bring your own towels and bed linens, which was a pain when you are flying in. I have never rented a house that required that.

Perfect Getaway

The house was clean and comfortable. Front porch overlooks ocean with a variety of nice deck furniture to sit in and relax - which we did daily. Great location. Easy beach access. Owner was responsive to texts - not that we had any problems to report. Would definitely rent again.

Great Stay!

The house was extremely clean! A very nice place with a great outdoor shower. Loved that the covered deck had plenty of nice outdoor furniture on it. The kitchen was well stocked!

This house was perfect for our little family. Gorgeous view, right on the beach. Beach access is so easy and close which is perfect for littles. Clean and the perfect amount of space. So relaxing.

Fun family trip

House was very clean and spacious. The public access beach was immediately across the street. The porch was wonderful for evening drinks and games. The outside shower was very convenient when returning from the beach. A nice gas grill available. Overall, house better than described . Would highly recommend.

Perfect Spot

We stayed for the week starting July 13th and it was really perfect! I am known to be a clean freak and this is the first house that I didn’t feel like I needed to clean when we got there. The house had a well stocked kitchen - I can’t think of anything that we needed and didn’t find. Some of our faves were the nice porch furniture, comfortable mattresses, plethora of hooks to hang towels/bathing suits, spacious outdoor shower, under the house “drink fridge”, extra pillows and throw blankets just to name a few. The location cannot be beat - right by the beach access made it easy to go back to the house for lunch and could avoid packing huge coolers for our beach days. We look forward to returning next year!

Best House on the Beach!!

This house had everything it promised and some! My family had such a great time. The rooms were accommodating for 2 couples and 3 kids. You couldn't ask for a better location or view! If you want to walk and have dinner or drinks you can. Or if you want to roll out of bed and make breakfast in the well stocked kitchen and head to the beach...it's all right there! We will definitely be coming back next year! PS...the outdoor shower was a hit with the kids!

Great house with a great location!

We absolutely loved the location of this property. It was easy to check in, communicate with property manager, and had great amenities. The main living area was a big space, which was great for our group. We loved the filtered water on the fridge. The kitchen was so great and offered a lot of prep space. There was a gas grill and charcoal grill. The view from the decks was great and offered a lot of seating. They even had some beach toys and chairs we could use which was greatly appreciated. Offered a lot of fridge space between the kitchen fridge and additional fridge downstairs. Great beach access right across the street. Would definitely return to this rental in the future.

Beautiful Deck

We enjoyed our stay here with our adult children. The house is very comfortable and roomy. We loved the deck, that was our favorite spot. You can easily watch the ocean from there. The large windows and sliding door on the top floor also allow for wonderful ocean views. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. There is a sandy path over the dunes on the right to get to the beach or you can walk down on the left just a bit to the beach access that has steps. Kelli was very responsive to our needs and was always available. Don’t hesitate to contact her if you need anything or have any questions. There are many nearby restaurants, The Black Pelican was our favorite. We would definitely stay here again.

First time in the Outer Banks

The property was better than advertised. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the decor was perfect. There was plenty of room for 2 olders adults and 4 young adults. The kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was on the top floor. Three bedrooms and a sitting area were on the lower floor. The layout allowed everyone to have their own space. Beach access was almost directly across from the house (to the right). It's not obvious; you have to look for it. But its super convenient! We did so many great activities this week: Jockeys Ridge State Park (it's like walking in the desert), Sandy Run State Park (the turtles will come to you for food), Wright Brothers Memorial (be sure to listen to the ranger at the tent), Wild Horse Tour (the wild drive on the beach is worth the trip), fishing on Avalon Pier (they sell drinks and have an arcade for the kids). This is just a glimpse of the fun we had. It was an amazing week and the house was a wonderful home-base to recharge. Also, look for the ghost crabs on the beach at night. Take a flash light and net. Loads of fun!

Great Quick Weekend Stay in OBX

4 adults staying for a quick long weekend stay in OBX. House was as described. We selected this house as it seems to be owner run and not by a management company. Reviews for the major local management companies were very bad with houses in bad shape. This was not the case here. House has 4 bedrooms. We selected the house as it had two rooms with kings beds. We didn’t use the other bedrooms but it does have a queen bedroom and a room with two twins (maybe fulls). We also selected this house as it has a full upstairs bathroom and a full downstairs bathroom. So one couple stayed upstairs and the other basically had the entire first floor to themselves which included another living space with couches and tv. House was clean, decorated nicely in beach themes and was well appointed in the kitchen. Don’t forget to bring your own bed sheets (linens) and towels as they aren’t provided however they can be rented for an additional fee. Owner Kelli was great and quick to respond with questions. We didn’t have any issues with the property and rules are clearly presented. Kitchen had a drip coffee maker which is great as alot of places are going with only a kurig style coffee machine. Clean empty fridge and dishwasher were great. Large dining room table with 8 chairs. Comfy living space upstairs with tv. Wifi worked well. The best part of the house hower is the view off the decks and it’s proximity to the beach. Cross the road and go over the dune and you are then steps away from the wate
