This listing is exactly as it states - cozy and in the heart of everything. You are 10-15 minutes from parks, restaurants, downtown Boise, and the Meridian mall. It is not large but perfectly what we needed for our visit to see our son. Craig was extremely responsive and check in was very easy. I would stay here again.

Perfect!

The property was cozy with reasonably comfy beds. I had zero issues during my stay except for spotty wifi but that wasn't even that bad.

Front steps, slant

Everything was great inside but we would suggest you put a handrail on the outside steps. They slant and someone could fall backward going up or slip and go nose first coming down.

I started managing short-term rentals in 2020 for other companies. In November of 2022, I started my own management company, TreeTown Property Management. I manage multiple houses and apartments in the Boise Area (Mainly the Northend) and currently manage 3 in the mountains close to Idaho City. I have lived in Boise since moving here from Venice CA in 1999. I've grown to love the friendly people and all the many activities available in the Boise Area.
