Mid-century modern meets beach boho! Classic Florida home with terrazzo floors, spacious comfy bedrooms, oversized lanai overlooking tropical private fenced backyard. Walk to the cinnamon sands on the non-built on beach at the end of the street or fish and kayak on the river at the other end of the street. Home has many amenities including washer/dryer, driveway parking, beach chairs and beach umbrella, linens, towels, and fully equipped kitchen. One street over is a great park with pickleball, tennis courts, basketball courts, and dog park. Charming downtown Ormand has great restaurants and shops.

Why they chose this property
Proximity to beach and river....never have to get in the car to go to the beach! Walk down and watch the sunrise at the beach in the morning, and down to river in evening for sunset! Very peaceful neighborhood..great neighbors. Downtown a short drive with great restaurants and ambiance. Yoga, surfing...lots nearby.
What makes this property unique
We outfitted the home the way we live - we want lots of stuff to do, great kitchenware since we love to cook, comfortable beds, peaceful ambiance with nice furniture. Plenty of towels, sheets, beachtowels...everything you need in a beach home.
