It accommodates up to 8 people when the sofa in the living room is also used as bed. 1 queen bed in first bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom, 1 full size bed in third bedroom. Mini split A/C units and fans in each room including the living room. Fully equipped with a backup generator in the event of prolonged power outages. 1 cat and 1 dog live in the property.
