Beautiful Condo With Harbor and Mountain Views - Convenient Location!

Gorgeous top floor end unit with both mountain and harbor views in one of the best condo complexes on the island! Schooner Bay Condos are tucked away on a hillside overlooking Christiansted Harbor, the Marina, Fort Christiansted, and Protestant Cay - conveniently located to everything! Walk to the market, shops, parks, restaurants, and Downtown Christiansted and Boardwalk. Walk to the newly renovated facility to catch the QE4 Ferry with service between St. Croix and St. Thomas. There are several beaches located within a 10 minute drive of the condo - experience a different beach everyday! From Christiansted Boardwalk, take the short ferry ride to Protestant Cay Beach, which is ideal for young children and families with shallow water and easy access to good snorkeling.



Schooner Bay is one of the best maintained and managed properties on St Croix. Enjoy 2 swimming pools - each with gas grills, tables and chairs for dining, and lounge chairs. Play around on the tennis court. Delight in the lush, beautifully maintained tropical landscaping. Schooner Bay also has onsite security, onsite maintenance, and a new backup generator system for your peace of mind.

PLEASE NOTE: PROPERTY IS NOT ADA COMPLIANT. This condo requires climbing many stairs to access. This unit is NOT for folks who have limited mobility.

Our unit has a fully stocked kitchen that was recently updated with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and appliances. Both bathrooms were also updated with new vanities, toilets, and countertops - the master bathroom has a huge walk-in shower.
The in-unit laundry room has a washer and dryer. Each room has a new split unit air conditioner. Each room also has a ceiling fan - open the windows and turn on the fans for a great breeze through the condo. The unit has a smart TV with full cable/HBO package in the living area and cable/HBO TV in the master bedroom, in addition to free Internet and WIFI. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the large, covered gallery overlooking Christiansted and harbor. The condo is stocked with everything you need for an easy island vacation - beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, swim noodles, tennis rackets, pickleball set with 4 paddles, and games.

I have stayed in several units within this complex, and without a doubt, this is the absolute finest. This beautiful condo is meticulously maintained,Spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully well-appointed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The stunning views of the harbor and surrounding mountains are nothing short of breathtaking — a perfect backdrop for relaxing and unwinding. Every detail in this unit has been carefully considered, showcasing comfort and luxury. When I return to this destination, I will always check to see if this unit is available, as it has genuinely set the bar for my stays. Great place in a great location

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Dave’s place. It is located in walking distance to a number of restaurants and attractions and the place has been beautifully remodeled.

We loved the condo at schooner bay. We walked the neighborhood every morning and night. The pools were nice. People were very friendly. We will be back. Definitely rent a car and explore the island but there are many good places to eat nearby as well

This really is the place

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and well-appointed condo that is close to the boardwalk with many walkable options for shopping and dining. The property was very clean, had a great view with everything needed for a great vacation. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was meticulously clean with shade and plenty of chaise lounges and other seating. The property owner, Dave Klosterman, communicated in a timely and complete manner regarding our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

This is my second rental and will not be my last. The condo is top of the line with all the amenities of home. It is working distance to the broad walk on downtown Christiansted. Great place to stay. Finally, the property manager is the owner & is very accessible and friendly.

Excellent Adventure in Saint Croix

Everything about the condo was wonderful! Dave & Jen’s condo had everything we needed for our one month 1st time visit to the island. It was clean, comfortable, had good quality bedding, kitchenware, and a killer view! The property was well taken care of and the people were very friendly. I would caution renters that there are quite a few steps getting to and from the unit. We are looking forward to our return.

Perfect condo

This place was great! It had everything we needed for the couple days we were there. Location was 10-15 minute walk to downtown, but there was also closer restaurants and a grocery store. The pool was great and steps from condo (there are two but only used one of them). We used the grills at the pool for dinner one night as well, and that was a great add-on feature. Communication with host David was amazing. He was very responsive. When we left, we forgot a couple items and he arranged for the cleaning crew to leave them outside for us to be picked up which was very helpful! Overall - great stay and great location. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in at croix.

Overall great location with easy access to nearby restaurants, beaches, and hangout spots. The condo was the perfect size and met all of our needs. The only complaint was a pungent sewage smell that was coming from the dishwasher and sinks that would take over the whole unit. The owner was very responsive to my concern and offered some suggestions but unfortunately the scent did not resign. Despite that, which I’m attributing to sewage work being done on the island, I highly recommend

Wonderful Condo & Great View

We really enjoyed this rental. Check in was easy; show up, unlock the door using instructions from the owner and move in. The place was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had all necessary items and they were in good condition (non-stick pans were actually non-stick, knives had a good edge, blender was like new). The location is convenient to downtown and to shopping. The on-site security over night was nice. PJ was always cheerful when we went out and came back in. We’re divers and found the balcony to provide a perfect place to hang dive gear at the end of the day,. There is a fan on the balcony that helped dry our gear quite fast and provided a welcome breeze on the rare occasions when mother nature didn’t give us any. The balcony also provides a nice place to enjoy the expansive view of the harbor, as does the living room. Watching the ships, boats and seaplanes coming and going was entertaining as we sat and relaxed after a day of diving and shopping. Separate A/C units in each bedroom and the living room allow you to cool where needed and not waste electricity. In summary, we were very pleased with the entire transaction from booking to checking out and recommend this property highly.

Great Condo

This was our first time to St. Croix. Dave was great to work with. He emailed detailed instructions on how to get to the condo and places to eat/beach/etc which was extremely helpful. We had a couple of glitches with the condo but it was out of their control. A water line broke so we had limited to no water for a couple of days until it was repaired. Power went out a couple of times one evening. The condo was immaculately clean with a lot of new upgrades. Very comfortable. Location was good. Walkable to Christiansted where there were numerous good restaurants by the bay. A little sketchy walking back at night but we just walked fast and minded our own business. Just a few minor cons: A screen door on the front door would be great because that's usually where the breeze is coming from. One more lounger on the balcony there's only one. One more beach chair because there's only one. Sun shade on the balcony. It gets really hot mid day in the living room/kitchen. A few non fragrant candles for when the power goes out. All in all a great place to stay. I highly recommend this condo.

From the first time we vacationed on St. Croix, we knew that we wanted to make a home here someday. St. Croix has grabbed hold of our hearts in so many ways - the natural beauty of the island with exceptional beaches, snorkeling, and hiking; the ease of getting to the island; festivals and activities - there's always something happening; the people of St. Croix, both the Crucians and Mainlanders, who are welcoming, warm, and easygoing. When we discovered the property at Schooner Bay, we knew this was our chance! The property was in foreclosure and needed much love and hard work to bring it back to life. It's been a fun adventure and we have no regrets! Schooner Bay is managed and maintained exceptionally well. The location is perfect for us - plenty of walking and running opportunities.
