Family Game Room w/ bar and poker table, w/ 60" smart tv. Leather furniture and queen pull out sofa. 1st floor laundry. 2 twin cot beds. 2nd Floor: 2 king bedrooms off living room that features 55"' TV with firestick, cable, dvd, lounge sofas and games. HUGE Patio overlooking the lake from 2nd floor landing, sunbathing chairs and patio table for 10. 3rd floor: King bedroom has private deck/entrance, jacuzzi tub for 2, step in shower, private bathroom. Whole house is 5,500 sq. ft !! Lake access from Private deck and dock. Fire pit. 4 Kayaks and Row Boat. Patio furniture. Luxurious bedding and bath towels provided. All detergents and paper products provided. Gas grill with propane provided. Wifi, Cable, Air-Conditioner in each bedroom and AC unit in living room on main floor. I named Chantelle Marie after my daughters, as Chantelle and Marie are their middle names. The love of my daughters and Owasco Lake has inspired me to build this lakeside home and share it with others. I hope for this to be a place where many will make new memories with their family and friends, just as I did! Nicole Kelly is my Venue And Property Director. The Chantelle Marie Lakehouse owns a unique and interesting history. Beginning its days as the Auburn Savings Bank located on Grant Avenue, the structure was acquired, dismantled and transported to be rebuilt in its current location by owner Christ Yantch. The integrity of the building still stands with original beams and woodwork.
