Great place to stay and as advertised! Nice views of the lake and very private. A nice 20 minute drive into the main town of Skaneateles. Hot tub was a nice amenity.

It is all about that view from the back, the pool and the space. Comfy house, very spacious, easy to work with the host, but that view! The kids loved the pool and the hot tub.

10 out of 10 !! Our stay was perfect from start to finish!! The house was spotless, beautifully set up, and had all those little touches that made it feel special. The view was stunning, and soaking in the hot tub while taking it all in was unforgettable. Our host was warm, responsive, and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift card. The place was pet friendly, which made it especially great for us. We left feeling rested and already talking about coming back. Truly a five-star experience.

Very charming home. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed the solitude. The restaurants the owner suggested were fantastic! We were all afraid to get on the scale when we returned home. It was so peaceful and serene that we had the best sleep ever. Zach was so easy to deal with.

We had a lovely girls weekend here! The hot tub and lake view were awesome. We are thinking of staying here again next year! Only downside is sulfur water. Bottled water was provided but showers were a little stinky.

We had a great experience! Very clean house, lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy and it has a great view! It was quiet and peaceful while we sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air and the hot tub. The host was a pleasure to work with, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation

My family and I enjoyed our week at this property--the house was clean and had everything we needed, and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub immensely. The setting is beautiful and very peaceful, and Zach was very responsive to questions.

Fabulous weekend getaway

What a fantastic property! My husband and I and our two dogs stayed for a long weekend and all we can say is wow! For all the amenities and so many outdoor activities at the villa and in the surrounding areas, it was such a great time!

Had a great weekend stay! The house was perfect for all of our needs. Zach was very accommodating and quick to respond. He even left us some donuts and bread from a local bakery for our stay!! Highly recommend if you are in the Skaneateles area.

We had such a wonderful experience at Zach’s place in Skaneateles! From the moment we arrived, Zach was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning—secluded, peaceful, and stocked with every supply you could possibly think of. The hot tub with panoramic views, the surrounding nature, and the overall cozy atmosphere made it the perfect getaway.If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat with all the comforts of home (and more), this is the place. This place had some cool quirks, but we really enjoyed it. Weather did not help (rained 2 1/2 inches over two of our days) but the home was nice to hang out and watch a movie (good sound system). Pool is almost historic in age, which (as a pool owner) I found cool (we didn’t swim, too cold). Hot tub was well maintained and very nice. House wasn’t a great value for us as we only had four adults (we tried to find more people to join us but didn’t happen), but we brought our dogs which was great. Property itself is wonderful with great views and access to nice basic hiking. Owner was responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. Plenty of towels and washer/dryer if you need it. Might rent again in a fall time slot as the views would be spectacular.

Very nice updated house overlooking a beautiful lake. It is very quiet and private. My cousins, sisters and I had a great visit in this relaxing environment. The hot tub overlooking the lake is a nice way to end the day after hiking in the Fillmore Glen Park. The place was clean and the living room is comfy. The kitchen is well stocked and both bathrooms had nice showers. The host Zach responded immediately when I had questions and could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for a nice getaway.

Our adult family vacationed at this place and enjoyed an awesome week. Weather favored our use of the pool every single day, and the house was equipped with everything that one would want to relax and enjoy the area. Visually the area is of postcard quality and the house and grounds afforded total privacy(I mean turn off the lights and see nothing but sky and stars privacy). Of equal if not greater note, Zach, our host who is aptly described as “premier”, helped us well before as well as during our stay, answering questions and furnishing references to nearby local shops and businesses that literally set our table during the week.
