This was the second time we stayed here and is my go to place when riding the Paiute ATV Trails. The property is well maintained and has everything one needs for a multi-day stay. Bryan is very responsive and always makes sure we are set up for a such stay.

Perfect family friendly, trail accessible cabin. Quiet in the mountains, beautiful views. Two big decks with an extra fridge and lots of space for your outdoor stuff.

Can’t wait to come back! The cabin was exactly as pictured, and the creek made for a peaceful, relaxing stay. The property is beautiful, quiet, and incredibly serene. What truly sets this rental apart is the owners. They made our trip even more memorable with their kindness and hospitality. They stay in the lower level of the cabin, but the spaces are completely separate so it still feels very private. They were available if we needed anything, while also giving us plenty of space to enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

Very fun location

This is a great home. Accommodated our large group pretty well. The home was really well furnished including all of the ours kitchenware needed for a larger group. The playground out back was a lot of fun. Plenty of room outside to hike and explore. Easy access to a lot of places going both directions on the highway. If the opportunity comes up, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, right off the trails, and had everything we needed. The house is very modern and well equipped. Bryan and his wife were great hosts. Bryan helped with the UTV rental and Nathan delivered it and picked it up from the house. Bryan provided great recommendations for the trails. We’ll be back!
