Oceanfront 2BR Condo at Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, sleeps 6.

Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL

Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways.
• The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project.
• Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
• Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter.
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date.

Gorgeous condo, amazing views. Only downside is the living room couches need to be replaced. Other than that I will be booking the same condo for next year.

We stayed in this unit from June 3-10, had a wonderful time, it was spacious enough for our group of 6. Very clean which was nice. Enjoyed the balcony and the resort overall. Will definitely be back!

Great stay only reason for not a perfect rating the condo should enforce that tarps not be set up in front of beach chair rentals umbrellas I understand but not tarps and tents.

This was perfect

This room was perfect for my family! Location was perfect to everything we needed. Only thing I was not happy with was the wrist bands with kids and teens was a pain to keep up with.

A wonderful condo and location

A friend and our boys went down for a much needed visit. This condo was exactly how it was listed online. The views from all rooms was gorgeous. The beach was easy to access. The multiple pools and the food shack were great! We will definitely rent this condo in the future!!

Amazing

Can’t give it enough stars. Nothing better than rolling over in the morning to nothing but white beaches and clear water. They don’t list or show pictures of closets in the listing but they have good sized walk in closets in each room as well which was a HUGE relief to find once we got there. Can’t pick a better floor or view.

What a view!!

We really enjoyed our stay in PCB. This condo is gorgeous. It was exactly as listed. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is there isn't enough flatware if you choose to stay in and cook. 5 forks!! Other than that, we enjoyed the accommodations immensely.

Property was in clean and in a great location. Having both bedrooms connected to the balcony was convenient. Beds were comfortable. Balcony could use a light and maybe newer furniture but these two items are minor. Having both rooms with a view was great. Unit itself was a 5 on cleanliness and grounds were more like a 4. We would stay at the property again. It’s a good value.

First time in PCB in October

The condo is very pretty. The furniture in the living room needs to be updated as well as a new mattress in the master bedroom. House cleaners need to clean the ceiling fans in all rooms. This condo is on the 4 th floor with great views of the ocean. The trash bin is conveniently outside the door as well as the elevator. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

As soon as you walk in the ocean view just hits you it’s so beautiful! I would consider this condo above average and with it comes certain expectations, excellent views( yes I have to say it again;) ) kitchen and living room very comfortable, beautiful beach and white sand. I was disappointed with the bedrooms linens, very used and stained, they need to be change. Also when we arrived we took our shoes off to go to the balcony and the floors were dirty with sand so I had to vacuum. Overall it was a good and the weather warm up for us to enjoy the beach.

Family beach trip. Right on the water. Wonderful view. Fourth floor was quiet. Elevators fast. Plenty of parking. Gated. Great finishing touches- paper plates and bowls, disposable utensils and coffee. Plenty of towels. King size bed super comfy. Note to next tenant- the plugs by the king size bed are activated by a light switch. Also FIL requested a TV guide lol THANK YOU

Family Spring Break 2023

Every year we book this community, this year was the first time to stay in this unit. All of the decor was very nice, comfortable beds and living room furniture. We also enjoyed being very close to the trash chute and elevator. It was nice to have plenty of seating on the balcony as well. The condo was very clean. The only minor things we noticed were there were no pot holders in the unit, we just used wash rags, the wheels of the dishwasher kept coming off, there was a little wear on the living room furniture but I’m sure because of the exposure to the beach elements. Be sure to bring all supplies there was no salt and pepper, a few dishwasher tabs, and hand soap. We had a wonderful time just wished it was a little warmer. We will be back, thank you!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Love the property and the unit. The furniture was comfortable, nicely decorated, and balcony furniture was fine. This is the first time we have stayed at Long Beach in a unit that doesn’t provide Bach chairs. I would choose one with chairs over this one only b/c of the $250+ Savings on chairs. If this one included chairs, I would choose it again. Checkout-Our printed info said door lock would change at 10am, which is the same time as check out. We were in the middle of making loads to our car, When we returned to the unit at 9am. The Door code didn’t work. Thankfully, 2 of our kids were still inside, to let us in to Get the rest of our things. Why the change at 9, when checkout is at 10?

Family Vacation

We found this condo last minute d/t canceling another one. This condo is great location wise. It keeps you off the busier beach of Tower 1. It’s on the 4th floor. However when we arrived one of the elevators was broken. That did not get fixed until the last 2 days. The condo was “cleaned” but still dirtier than I would have liked. The couches prob need to be thrown out. They are very worn. The bed in the master is awful, it’s way too soft. The refrigerator took about half a day to get cooled, I had to keep checking our food to make sure it didn’t spoil. Otherwise the space was great for 4 of us. The management company very easy to work with.

Unfortunate Circumstances

I took away one star due to cleanliness upon arrival (crumbs on counter surfaces, hair in the shower, trash on the floor in bedroom). Unfortunately, we were unable to stay due to electrical issues within our condo. We had no AC the second night and the electricity came on and off throughout the day as well, which only was an issue when it came to keeping food and drinks cool in the refrigerator. Kim was very understanding and responsive to our issues. We would have loved to stay, but with it being so hot and not able to cook we left early on our 3rd day. The condo itself, although not as clean as I would have hoped, was exactly as listed, beautiful ocean views and plenty of space. We love Long Beach Resort. We just had one of the condos with some issues beyond anyone’s control this year.

This is a great location and the 4th floor is ideal for me, not to high or low.

The beds here are very comfortable. This is the second year I have stayed in this condo. The first year the condo was full of things, kitchen utensils, beach accessories, even extra mattresses under the beds for others. This year everything was gone and just the basics were there. This is still a great condo to vacation in, we will definitely book here again.

Good but a few issues...

Our stay at Long Beach Condo 404-4 was a good stay. The condo was as pictured in the listing. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living room. The view of the beach from the condo was amazing. It was also really nice to have deck access from both rooms and nice that one room is on one side of the condo and one was on the other. The resort itself was nice but we did not spend alot of time on the property. Most of the time was spent on the beach. The beach was nice and was less crowded than some other areas up and down the beach from us. It's also a short walk to pineapple Willys and about a 15-20 minute drive to pier park.We did have a few issues with the condo. The guest bathroom seat was not clean and there were really no products available to clean the seat off so we ended up having to get some cleaner from Walmart. The keypad lock on the door was very finicky. We changed the code upon arrival from a very long code to a shorter one that we would be able to remember. You had to enter the code multiple (3-8 times) to get the door to unlock. The condo was also very minimal in what it has to offer to guest as far as small touches. I feel like today its very uncommon to stay in a location that doesn't offer atleast a few feel good small touches for guest such as extra TP, a roll of paper towels, coffee etc so make sure to plan for all those essentials. There was 2 dishwasher pods, a few trash bags, and some coffee filters in the cabinet (probably left by another guest). Overall it was a good stay but lacked the WOW factor besides the view.

Long Beach Resort did not disappoint!

Great trip and excellent location. The condo is spacious and beach views from every room. Everything was as described and very smooth check in. *We rated 4 on cleanliness because the floors really were not that clean. I understand sand but our feet were black from walking in the condo. I just wore my flip flops and we kept a bath cloth so we could wipe down before getting into bed. Overall, not a deal breaker and we would rent again. *College football is finally on, and if we had access to the actual tv remote, we could have connected our laptop this being able to watch. The only remote provided was to the cable box. Maybe get a smart tv. Several disappointed guys thought they would be able to watch. Still a total 5 rating and we cannot wait to come back!

Perfect View

The condo is beautiful! The view and location are perfect. Well furnished. The beds are very comfortable. I would love to rent this unit again in the future. The unit is fabulous! No obstructions from seeing the ocean. Perfect balcony! I loved that you could change the passcode, which made us feel secure. Beautifully furnished. The only negatives: The towels had to be washed before use because they smelled like cigarette smoke. They must have been washed off campus because the condo had no hint of cigarette smoking. The floors didn’t look dirty, but if you were in socks or barefoot, your feet were almost black.
