CAUTION: The main picture used to promote the apartment is misleading - it's not a view of the apartment, BUT of the lobby in the administrative building of the aprtment complex. If that picture of a spacious well lit room with mutliple windows overlooking green bushes attracted you to this listing, you'll likely be extremely disappointed when you enter the apartment to find a living room/kitchen with one window overlooking a parking lot. If, on the other hand, a gloomy entrance to the apartment's front door (shielded from the sun by a large staircase) in an aging apartment complex which could benefit from a focus on the maintenance of common areas, is of no concern to you, then this might be just up your alley. The condo has two generously sized bedroom/bathroom suites. The beds are very comfortable and the bedlinen and bathroom towels are clean. Also, the response from the management team to any issues is rapid and helpful. The choice is yours.
