We happened to pick one of the cool times that Florida can have in January. We realized the lower level had no heat. After a phone call to Travis it was back on line in a very short period of time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We cooked in and had everything we needed for that!!9 adults, 3 generations were able to relax and completely chill. The weather cooperated at the end of the stay and the beach was therapeutic!!Great stay!
