Less than a mile walk to downtown St. Pete which contains gems like Tropicana Field, the Salvador Dali Museum, and the newly redone St. Petersburg Pier.

The waterfront Lassing park is just 5 minutes bike from the Paris house. It is a beautiful park on the water in the best part of Old Southeast. Good place to take kids for a beach\picnic day, walk your dog or just stare at the water and look all the way to Tampa.

There's cute market called Old Southeast Market, with craft beer, creative drinks, poke bowls less than 0.5 mile from the house.

The Paris House is within the delivery area for all the downtown restaurants, so if you feel like staying in on a rainy night, you can have anything you want brought right to the door!


Driveway parking allowed for one vehicle (Big SUVs fit ). Extra vehicles must be parked in the street (free of charge).

Professionally decorated from the moment you step into this lovely home. The sweet, cozy and warm home is inviting for your getaway.

Bedroom has a queen sized bed with brand new pillow top mattress and luxury hotel style bedding. Unpack, and make yourself at home.

The kitchen includes an eat-in area with a table and 4 chairs. Fully stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, pots & pans, all kitchen essentials. Please note dishwasher machine is not part of the amenities.

There is a coffee bar that is fully stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, and creamers.

The living area is complete with a brand-new sofa. 55" Samsung TV with all the apps.
