Renovated in 2018 with 4 themed bedrooms, 3 and a half baths, generous living space and stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing after a long day of playing in the parks.

The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its granite counters, large pantry, and stainless steel appliances.

We have everything to make you feel at home...and on vacation: WiFi, Full Kitchen, 8 seat Dining Table, A/C, ceiling fans, Quality Mattresses, Child Safety fences, Pool and Spa in a fully screened Lanai, game room and more.

This home boasts 2 Themed Master bedrooms with king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and tasteful decor. Choose Turtle Cay or our Safari room for an enchanting retreat at the end of the day.
The young and young-at-heart guests will also enjoy the two themed twin rooms. Each has 2 twin beds and flat screen tvs. There are also two travel cribs which can be set up for our youngest guests. The Mickey Room is here to greet our Disney fans with fun memories. And young wizards will love our Hogwarts room.

The house was nice. There was plenty of room for our party of 7. We really enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub. There is a pool table in the garage that my son enjoyed daily. Our over all experience was good.

Great location for a Disney adventure

We very much enjoyed our stay, although we had an issue with the fridge Donna was quick to try and resolve it for us. The pool heat was perfect as it was needed for our December stay. Would recommend and would stay again!

Just got home from a week stay, couldn't have had a better time! House is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood- nice playground within walking distance. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Dissappointing!We’ve visited Orlando several times and this villa was a let down tbh. All admin - efficient/booking/payments etc & directions supplied/key code all ok.However the property is clearly a money machine & needs TLC and a good thorough clean.On arrival it looked ok on the surface but underwhelming. to make the most of our stay we put up with A LOT! - it was pretty grim. The windows were filthy & blinds so thick of dust, we didn’t disturb them!The carpets on stairs and in bedrooms were dirty and marked. The bedding is old & our bed (2nd size with ensuite )- sheets washed but so bobbled, hairs stuck into the sheets! Awful.All doors & handle areas were filthy- Luckily we’d taken some anti bac wipes! So spent our first morning cleaning!The shower door frames have not seen a scrub in a very long time and were really gungy & shower bases could do with a good scrub and bleach.Many of the walls were marked and chipped and skirting board cleaning is obviously NOT on the agenda! Lots of dust and hairs….. yeuch!So on the surface it looks o…k….. but it really is dirty.The pool deck was dirty and mouldy so we asked for a clean and it was granted. The pool furniture is dated and old and there was a broken chair left for us but was replaced (with another old chair) after I contacted the management company. Just sad that we had to spend holiday time on these issues!Not welcoming - no water, one loo roll per wc, not a tea bag. 9.45am yester staff waiting for us to leave!

Hi Dawn, I am totally confused. You were in the house an entire week before contacting the management company. When you did, they came over nearly every day to address whatever issues you were having. At no time did you ever contact me, yet you assume I don't care and that the property is just a cash cow. No water? When was there no water in the house? This makes no sense at all. The house is a self-catering rental -- not a hotel. You knew this from the listing and I also sent a welcome guide with suggestions about things to bring with you -- if you have room in luggage. We do not provide tea bags, coffee, spices, or food of any kind as they could possibly end up being tampered with. This is for your safety. Hotels can provide this stuff as there is always staff on site. You mentioned having visited the atea several times and stayed in villas. I am wondering why you didn't re-book any of them. Just wondering. Guest houses, like hotel rooms have very short windows of time between guests to change all the linens (which are provided by management), clean, and get ready for the next guest. Deep cleans (carpet shampoos, blinds, paint touch ups, power washing etc) occur 2 to 3 times a year during slower periods. I am sorry that the house didn't meet with your expectations but, again, you said absolutely nothing to me and were in the house a week before you said anything to the management. One further note: When you rent a house like mine you are getting the full house with no owner on site. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, lots of living areas, a private screened pool, all in a quiet neighborhood for the price per night (or less) of 1 hotel room. Guest houses are generally booked about 150 days, more of less, per year. However, the AC, heat, pool, water, electricity, taxes, Management and maintenance fees, repairs, pest control, and HOA fees have to be paid regardless. In Central Florida these are quite high. This property is not a "cash cow"-- far from it -- in fact it doesn't generally even break even. We keep the house because we-- the owner--like to visit in the winter for a break from the cold. Thank you for visiting my home. I'm sorry there were issues.

Great Place to Stay for Parks

Extremely clean and neat. Pool was great for our kids. Took between 25-60 minutes to get to any of the parks, depending on traffic. Close to restaurants and stores for any of your needs. Neighborhood seemed very quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend for an off property vacation to Disney/Universal. Just be aware, traffic is usually pretty heavy. This was our first time staying off property and that was an eye opener. But again, if you're not staying at a resort this house and area in general is a great option.

Great Stay!

Great home for families, close to Disney and stores. Nice community it resides in, we felt very safe. Comfortable beds and the house had all of the luxuries of home and more. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool and the kids loved the play room! I, of course, LOVED the beautiful kitchen. The manager and the owner promptly get back to you whenever you send them a message and are very accommodating. Thanks for a great vacation!

Family Vacation

It was a very nice property & looks just like the pictures online! The heat for the hot tub was a bit disappointing as it didn’t get very hot (only gets 10-15 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature so we were told) However, the weather was much cooler than normal & we still utilized the pool! Property is in a good location & the host/property manager had an extremely prompt response time! Overall, we had a great vacation!

Clean, comfortable and welcoming

The house was just as described and very clean. Comfortable beds, fun game room, very nice pool and hot tub. We arrived late at night and it was nice to have the lights on and the tvs on so it didn't feel strange walking into a dark empty house. They had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, even 2 coffee makers, one Keurig and one regular. We will definitely book this home again when we are in the area. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

This home is only minutes to the magical lands of Disney World, yet it is nestled away from the noise and hubbub in a more secluded development surrounded by a protected conservation area: Sandy Ridge.
There are two easy paths to Disney World: I-4 which is just two exits. Or Old Lake Wilson Rd which takes you directly to Disney World with just a few turns. All of the rest of the area theme parks and activities are an easy drive as well.
A great deal of love and imagination went into creating this home to provide you and your family the enchantment of a magical and relaxing vacation.

Please remember that the area is one of the world's biggest and busiest destinations. There can be a lot of traffic. I have found that using a gps maps service on your phone set to "fastest route" can often take you around traffic hot spots. Remember to bring your patience and good humor. It really helps.
