Perfect Spot for Girls Trip

Great location close to all things 30a. Super clean, beachfront, nice size pool and covered parking. Only complaints are there was no hairdryer in the unit and no additional blankets For the beds. I like to have a blanket on me at night and I could not find one other than that. The unit was perfect!

Great experience unfortunately there were some maintenance issues with the water. Also, our water dispenser in the refrigerator didn’t work the entire time and we had no ice.

Perfect location for small group

We normally stay at a house in Carillon Beach, but this year we only had 6 people going, so we opted for a smaller place. The unit itself was great. The pictures made it appear larger, but for our size group, it was plenty of room. Great views from the balcony. Easy access to the pool and beach. The pool was nice, big enough to not be crowded. My only complaint was the building. The elevators were very slow. There were 3 elevators but only 2 were working so there were usually long lines to get one. Other than that, we were happy. Location is awesome if you’re wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of PCB, but still a short drive to Pier Park and all the fun stuff.

The rooms were clean, the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the carpet could use replacement. Everything went fine. Plenty of space and everything we needed for a great stay. I typically have a hard time sleeping and I can say that the downstairs bed was very comfortable. I would definitley stay again.
