This 4 bedroom/1.5 bath is perfect for the whole family, a magical night`s sleep when traveling through the area, or an even longer stay! Has hi speed Internet, RV hookup, & sleeping arrangements for up to eight. Situated 15 min from I-75, Tifton, and Sylvester. Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature from our front porch swing, grill a meal & enjoy eating outdoors, or relax around our cozy fire pit for a nostalgic country stay!

Guests are invited to utilize the entire property which includes parking spaces for up to 4 cars/2 RVs, a cozy front porch with swing and new BBQ grill with eating area, and a spacious 2 acre back yard all with hi speed WiFi coverage, & complete with a fire pit!

Inside Southern Luxuries Farmhouse you will find sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people, 4 Roku Smart TVs & Xbox for entertainment, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedrooms:

1. Bonny Blue Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, Loveseat, TV with Roku, and Electric Fireplace Insert.

2. Scarlett Bedroom: 1 King Bed, sound machine, TV with Roku, Electric Fireplace.

3. The Master`s Bedroom: 1 King Bed, TV with Roku, Large Walk-in Closet contains 1 roll-away twin bed and 1 queen size, 1 twin size air mattresses.

Sliding Glass Doors lead out to private shaded balcony for 2 overlooking back yard.

Back Door leads to private driveway from paved road under Southern Live Oak tree.

4. The Bedchamber: 1 Twin DayBed, Dedicated Workspace with WiFi printer, Dressing Table with chair and makeup mirror, attached private 1/2 bath.

Southern Luxuries Farm is open for special events along with your reservation such as backyard weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and family reunions. We offer tables, chairs, decorations, china, crystal, silver, and much more for your special event up to 20 guests.

Please message your hosts through the AirBNB app so we can help coordinate your event!
* No illegal substances are allowed anywhere on the property or in vehicles.

* Please do not rearrange or remove household furniture or furnishings. Southern Luxuries Farmhouse contains antiques and fragile treasures which should stay in place. This includes draperies and bed linens.

* Southern Luxuries Farmhouse provides 1.5 bathrooms. We can also provide for free an additional portable commode upon request. The outdoors cannot be utilized as facilities. This is considered public nudity and is illegal. We have neighbors and the farmhouse is located at a crossroads with traffic day and night. Guests breaking this law may charged up to a $100 fine, asked to vacate the property, and lose future guest privileges. No exceptions.

*For RV Owners: no septic, gray, or black water dumping onsite or within 2 miles of the property location. Please respect our family`s and community`s crops, cattle, and safety. Lack of respect for this rule will cause loss of future guest privileges. Guests may be fined up to $100 per incidence.
