Super aconchegante

Simplesmente amamos o loft. A Vanessa é um amor. Muito solícita, me respondeu na hora (que por sinal já era bem tarde) o apartamento é confortável e tem tudo o que precisamos. Fui com minha filha de 1 ano e foi super tranquilo. Super recomendo e com certeza voltaremos.

apartamento ok, prédio com problemas...

O prédio tem 130 apartamentos e apenas 52 vagas, o que causa bastante problema pra estacionar em época de temporada. Além disso, apenas dois elevadores não dão conta de tanta gente! O apartamento é pequeno, mas funcional, na quadra da Prainha, sem vista para o mar. Tudo funcionou bem, mas sugerimos que as panelas sejam trocadas pois estão muito gastas, arranhadas no fundo. É importante que conste na descrição do imóvel que roupas de cama e banho não estão incluídas na diária. Só descobrimos esse detalhe na véspera da viagem, quando recebemos o contrato; por sorte ainda estávamos em casa. Reclamamos, e Vanessa incluiu a roupa de cama, mas tivemos que levar a roupa de banho. Não foi possível usar a piscina, pois ou ela estava em manutenção (segunda-feira) ou fechada devido a problemas pelo mau uso dos hóspedes (terça-feira). Até os funcionários do prédio estavam reclamando dos hóspedes (barulhentos, desrespeitando as regras de convivência) e da falta de vagas na garagem, que estava causando confusão com alguns hóspedes. Enfim, pode ser que tenhamos dado azar, mas realmente achamos as coisas meio confusas... Em relação ao apartamento: tal qual as fotos, simples, limpo, bem montado.

Foi tudo ótimo, o loft é exatamente como nas fotos, tinha tudo de essencial, além do lugar ser lindo, a Vanessa é muito atenciosa. Com certeza voltaremos!

Aconchegante com gostinho de quero mais!!!

Inicialmente o retorno foi muito rápido, a proprietária muito atenciosa, aberta a negociações e passa todas as instruções direitinho, o imóvel realmente conforme anuncio, tudo muito limpinho e confortável... Os colaboradores da recepção e da garagem também são muito atenciosos e educados, o prédio está sempre limpinho . A praia é perfeita, água clarinha, muito linda, com vários quiosques e vendedores ambulantes para todos os gostos, sinceramente não dá nem vontade de ir embora. Durante nossa temporada almoçamos no restaurante Três Irmãs que fica bem próximo da praia e a comida é muito boa. Para que gosta de badalação durante à noite irá encontrar à poucos KM dali , sendo em outras praias mais próximas. Não só recomendaria, como já recomendei para algumas pessoas, pois acredito que não tem como alguém dizer que não gostou, pois é simplesmente maravilhoso. Vanessa obrigada pelos cuidados e por tudo!!! ... À noite é muito calma, por isso para quem curte badalação encontra à poucos KM dali
