This lake house offers more than just summertime fun. After a thrilling day at Bristol Mountain or Hunt Hollow, warm up in our luxurious sauna, then enjoy a full chef's kitchen or take in stunning lake views from one of the three newly replaced decks. We've also added a hot tub for your relaxation.

We loved this house, it was perfect for our family vacation. The decks, living space and bedrooms were perfect. The sauna and hot tub were spectacular. The communication with the host was quick, helpful and friendly!! We would highly recommend this house and host!!

Beautiful place! Nicely updated. Great view and quick drive to the boat rental. We stayed with 14 people and there was plenty of room for us to gather and space out when needed. The teens loved the games, hot tub and fire pit. We had an amazing 5 days and 4 nights here and would definitely come back!

The house was more than we expected. All of the listed amenities exceeded our expectations, and the home itself is beautiful. It comfortably accommodated our entire family and was the perfect place for us to celebrate Christmas together. We were a bit concerned about the weather, but as promised, the driveway was cleared and salted before our departure, which we really appreciated. Communication with the host, Michael, was outstanding—he always responded quickly to our messages. If all goes well, we hope to return again next year.

Wonderful home for family reunion

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. We had gathered from across the country for a reunion and a memorial and the house was the absolute perfect place for our family. The home is beautiful, spacious and well appointed. We loved the decor and the amazing views. The owners truly did an amazing job - great attention to detail and they were friendly, communicative and helpful. Cant say enough good things about this place.

This was a perfect place for our family of 11 (ages 3 to grandparents) to gather for a week. The house is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is well supplied with every possible tool, the views from the multiple porches are awesome. The host was extremely responsive within minutes and very flexible. No lakefront but beaches close by. I can’t be positive enough to do this justice.

The perfect bachelorette weekend

Our group of 12 really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, decorated well, and had plenty of room! We were so happy we could all eat together around the big dining room table. There is so much deck room with the multi levels and a fantastic view. The driveway is pretty steep but there was plenty of room for us to park. Michael was a great communicator. The location was great, we enjoyed hikes and a wine tour all close by! Would recommend this for a group of friends or a large family!

Perfect Memorial Day Getaway – Beautiful Home with Thoughtful TouchesPerfect Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property over Memorial Day weekend. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—plus some fun surprises, like an ice cream maker that inspired us to spontaneously make homemade ice cream! The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. The house is in a great location - right on the lake with beautiful views of the water and also near town. The host is incredibly kind and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this home for a fun and relaxing getaway and would book again in a heartbeat!

Summer getaway

The property was immaculate! I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this property was above expectations. Views were gorgeous, freshly renovated and modernized. Beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a VRBO. Felt like home. Location is a great jumping off point for wineries and hikes. Would HIGHLY recommend this property. Finally, the owners are extremely responsive and helpful.

AMAZING LOCATION

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING, THE OWNERS ARE AS WELL. EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT YOUR DISPOSAL. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, IF YOU WANT A GETAWAY FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY OR JUST A SMALL GROUP THIS IS THE PALCE TO BE. SO MUCH TO DO, NOT FAR FROM STORES AND TOWN. THERE WERE GAMES FOR CHILDREN, THE MASTER BEDROOM IS AWESOME, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PLACE. THE OWNERS WERE SO ACCOMADATING, SUCH A PEACFUL AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. SORRY FOR THE CAPS GOT STARTED AND WELL I JUST KEPT IT GOING.

We are two families that are new to real estate. We love the Canandaigua Lake area and finally found the right place in November of 2023 on the west side. We put a ton of effort into renovating an already beautiful home to what we felt guests would love. We live in the Rochester area and will use the lake house whenever we can in all seasons!

Why they chose this property

You will love the lake, the views and the recently renovated house. There is a ton of space for a lot of people and room to relax!

What makes this property unique

The master bedroom is second to none. There is a huge tv, closets, bump out with a couch, coffee bar, tables, a newly renovated master bath with a sauna and a walk out balcony with fire pit. In the basement there is a great area for kids and young adults to play and hang out. You can enjoy the lake views from any of the three completely renovated decks that include a hot tub, roofs and fans!
