The master suite has a king bed and access to a private screened lanai overlooking the beautiful beach and gulf. The guest room has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The large living/dining room is tastefully decorated in a tropical theme and leads to a second screened lanai with another fantastic view of the gulf. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances (ice-maker in freezer). Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with DVD players, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators -- all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
