**Important Update for Sanibel Surfside Reopening: We are excited to welcome you back, reopening for the first time since Hurricane Ian. While we're working hard to restore all amenities, please note that some facilities may not be available during your stay. Currently, the pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and grills are unavailable, and the beach boardwalk may not be completed by the time of your visit. We expect these amenities to be restored by the end of 2025, though the exact timeline is still pending. In the meantime, guests can access the beach via a side path through Sanibel Surfside, leading to the Donax St. beach access. Please reach out to confirm pool access and any pending updates to the Sanibel Surfside complex. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to restore these amenities, and we look forward to providing you with a full Surfside experience soon! Please note that discounted rates are reflected for the foreseeable future while these amenities are still incomplete.

This condo boasts 3 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms and all the bedrooms offer their own master bedroom suite each with their own large private bathroom for added privacy and convenience. All bedrooms & bathrooms have been completely updated and boasting truly luxurious upgrades and features! The massive living & dining area overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with expansive views from the top floor and offers an open floor plan just off the huge walk-in kitchen. This unit also comes with a private & renovated beachfront cabana that has a toilet, shower and kitchenette as well as storage for all necessary beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) Sanibel Surfside 231 has everything & more that you'll need for your next island getaway destination!

Condo amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds (sleeps 6 people MAX), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, tennis & pickle board courts, elevators, covered parking, private gulf front cabana. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a STRICT maximum occupancy of 6 people.
