Sanibel Siesta on The Beach, Unit 703. This lovely unit has been completely remodeled with a tropical theme. Come spend your vacation with us on beautiful Sanibel Island! New porcelain plank tile flooring and new carpet in both bedrooms, new furniture in living and dining rooms and a completely updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. This spacious third-floor 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking condo features all the comforts of home. The master suite has a king bed and an extra sitting area. The guest room has bunkbeds - a full over a full. The large and bright living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai overlooking an exotic tropical pond. The fully equipped kitchen with all new fixtures has everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. Other amenities include ceiling fan, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with DVD player in living room, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.

Great Location!

We stayed in 703 and the location was great! such a close walk to the beach. The Condos are pretty centrally located to restaurants and shopping.

Amazing vacation

This place was amazing! The condo was extremely clean and just as pictured. The beach was perfect. We have found our new family vacation spot. I couldn’t have been more happy with our stay with Sanibel Siesta!

Week-long Stay

Condo was nice and recently refurbished. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The overall property could be a little loud at times and the beach crowded, especially with the neighboring property encroaching beyond their beach area. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Great place

We had a great time at this condo. It was clean and roomy and could easily work for a small family. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. I called a few times in advance to ask questions and they were always accommodating. Great location with direct access to the beach. Great pool although it could have been a little warmer for my taste.

Sanibel Siesta, #703, provided EVERYTHING we could possibly need for a lovely family vacation! Pristinely clean, well-stocked, beautiful, comfortable, more than we could have ever expected. A BEAUTIFUL family vacation on a GORGEOUS island! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rentals of beach towels and bikes so easy. Short Walk right out to the beach and that is all you need for these beautiful shell packed beaches with warm turquoise water and soft sand.

Wonderful first time Sanibel experience

Overall our stay was great and so were the staff that we talked to. The office even has free postcards, will sell you stamps, and have an outgoing flamingo mailbox! I deducted two stars from the overall rating because of some dirty utensils, microwave electric breaker kept tripping, horrible internet, and a poor communication experience. Some of the utensils still had scrambled eggs stuck to them in the drawer. The microwave tripped the breaker daily. The unit was "sharing" the internet from an adjacent unit that we later learned was necessary because our units wiring was dead and they only call out the phone company when they have "enough" things/units to fix at one time. I'm glad I didn't plan to try to work remotely there, it would not have been possible. It was mainly an issue for my wife who has horrible sleeping issues and streams shows on her tablet (so she doesn't wake me up) at night to get back to sleep. I received a text prior to our stay saying we could reply back with any questions. I asked one question that was quickly replied to and then all subsequent questions went unanswered with only an auto reply back. Also tried messaging on Vrbo app with no reply.

Lovely condo on the perfect little island

We really enjoyed our trip to Sanibel and the condo was good. We had groceries preordered and management let them in so they were there when we arrived. We are already planning a trip next year.

Great location for teens

Our teens enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, and that shopping and dining were just a short drive away too. This was our first trip to Sanibel and we would choose Sanibel Siesta again because it was a great experience.

Awesome Place.

Had a great time at Sanibel Island. Great location. Steps away from the beach, bike riding, close to restaurant's. Check in was easy and the ladies at the front desk were awesome. We will be back again.

Beyond words beatiful is not nearly enough to say.

The place was breath taking, the beach was full of shells the food awsome, the BEST VACATION place. Words and pictures do not do justice. Go for yourselfs. I Thank God and Sanibel Siesta for the most relaxing, piecefull beatiful time every. thank you all for making this a great get away. All the staff are so very nice. May God Bless you all. Outstanding location & value Unit 703

Spent New Year's week in Unit 703. 2 bed/2 bath, garage, building close to beach, overlooks inner courtyard pond, partial gulf view. Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable. Older decor, but durable and comfortable. Grounds are kept immaculate. Office staff and cleaning staff friendly. Had a leaking refrigerator, fixed and cleaned up promptly by maintenance. Pool area spotless. Best part is location. Building 7 is steps to beach, screen porch for relaxing, listening to waves. Elevator near unit for luggage, grocery hauling. Close to bike paths, shopping, restaurants. Needs updated beach lounging chairs only item I noted.
