Townhome is on the canal with a dedicated boat slip, perfect for fishermen. This townhome is beachside, steps from the beach, so you do not have to cross Hwy 98 to get to the crystal white sands of the beach. Sleeps 9. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, with a half bath on the main living level. Come see what the Forgotten Coast is like!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Strip all beds and put dirty sheets, pillowcases, towels on laundry room floor.

Take out all trash can (from bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen) and place in trash cans outside.

Make sure all dishes are clean and put up. Set all thermostats at Cool to 80 degrees, and place keys back in lock box.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
