New & nicely furnished townhome located close to everything! Mall, Shopping, Dining, entertainment and a short walk over to Wall Mart! An attached 2 car garage. Bright and open great room. A huge master bedrm with a king size bed has an en-suite bath. An office/bedroom with a single pull out sofa. A rm with a queen bed and the 4th rm with 2 twins & one with a trundle making it 3 twins. A fenced in dog park a few houses down and there will be a park right out the front door!

Melisa was so amazing to work with! She was so accommodating on such short notice and everything was so clean and perfect. This townhouse was perfect as we were visiting my mother in law in the hospital. The location was perfect and so close to everything.

We love this new townhome and it's location in the heart of Idaho Falls, close to everything and a short walk to Walmart.

What makes this property unique

It's nice loction on the park out the front door for BBQ-ing and play. Also the dog park is located just a few houses down.
