This spacious villa has 5,200 square feet (500 square meters) of comfortable living space and is listed as a 4BR/4BA sleeps 10 with 5 beds but is also available as a 5BR/5BA sleeps 12 with an additional King bed and space to accommodate more guests upon request.

Guests have access to Free Comcast Xfinity Wi-Fi with fast 1200 mbps of internet speed and basic cable TV. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with formal, breakfast, bar and terrace dining. Huge entertainment room with 14ft high ceiling and sky views, bar, home theater, sectional sofa, 75in Sony Smart TV and Denon sound system.

The 4BR/4BA includes 3x King beds and 2x Queen beds, all with full baths, fully equipped with linens, towels, body wash and shampoo. The Master Suite has a King bed, hardwood floor, walk-in closet, tile and marble luxury bath, bidet, jacuzzi and separate lounge with a Smart TV, work area and balcony.

The 5BR/5BA includes the fifth bedroom that is separate from the others on the opposite side of the house with an independent entry/exit door. The oversized BR5 includes a King bed and an additional office with desk and space to accommodate additional guests. When not included in the rental, BR5 is locked and is not rented to any other guest.

This fabulous and spacious 5,200 square foot (500 square meter) house has lots of natural light, surrounded by palm trees and bougainvillea, and has a large tiled covered terrace with overhead fans, dining table and hammocks for outdoor entertaining and relaxation overlooking a beautiful green lawn on a 13,000 square foot (1208 square meter) property. The gated property is enclosed and secure and adjacent to a newly constructed walking/jogging/biking trail.
