At WorldMark Seaside, you are conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Seaside with the Promenade just steps away from the resort. Spectacular oceanview of the sea and beach.
You will appreciate the conveniences of home, such as having a full kitchen, a dining area and a washer/dryer in each suite. Most suites include a balcony with a barbecue grill (but not guaranteed) for fun cookouts under the Oregon sky!
This unit has 3 private bedrooms (one with King-size Bed, and one with queen-size bed, and one with two twin beds.). Maximum occupancy is six.
There are resort activities and amenities for the whole family to enjoy on site. This resort features an outdoor pool and two hot tubs for relaxation and fun, plus you and your family will have direct access to the beach every day. There is a fitness center for those who like to keep up with their workouts and a game room for those who want to practice their arcade skills.
Location of this unit in the resort is not guaranteed and will be only assigned upon check-in. Parking is included but the number of cars allowed in the parking garage may be limited per unit. Parking is limited and may only include one car per unit, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Check with the Front Desk to verify.
Wi-Fi is available with pricing based on length of stay and number of devices. There is a Business Room with included access with a shared Computer With Internet.
Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee. The Front Desk is open 24 Hours daily. If you have need of dishwasher soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags or towels, please contact the Front Desk.
Located next to a busy downtown area and beach entrance. Ambient noise may be experienced when windows are opened. There is no air conditioning in the units.
Important Smoking Prohibition
The Oregon Indoor Clean Air Act prohibits smoking or carry of any lighted smoking or vaporizing instrument in a public place except in areas designated as smoking areas. The law also prohibits smoking within 10 feet of entrances, exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes of workplaces or public places. As a result, smoking and/or vaping is prohibited on all suite patios, decks and balconies at this resort. Please check with the resort’s front desk for information on any designated smoking areas they may offer. This is a no smoking property. Smoking allowed only in designated areas.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.

This reservation is for a full week. Those with reservations that don't check in on first day may lose their booking. If there are delays in arrival, please contact Host no later than 4 p.m. on check-in date. After your reservation is accepted, you need to send the name, address and phone number of the person 21+ years of age who will be checking in in order to complete your reservation for a guest pass. This person checking-in must be 21+ years of age. At check-in at the front desk, the photo ID must match the information. The person that reservation is made under must be present at check in and provide proper identification at the time of check in. If you have a party that arrives at different times, only the person making the reservation can check-in before all the party can check-in. No other guests of the party can check in. Make sure that the reservation is made under the person who will be present at check in. Changes of the person on the reservation will incur a $100 change fee. A valid credit card is required for a $250 security deposit at check in for any damages to the unit.
Pool hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Hours may vary based on season and weather. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. There are no lifeguards on duty.
