Why they chose this property

Clarksville is Austin's historical freedmen's colony. The neighborhood has a lot of history—we're walking distance from the historic 1879 Haskell house—and a great mix of neighbors, shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Pease Park is right down the hill, with a splash pad and basketball courts. The neighborhood grocery store is right around the corner.

What makes this property unique

We live in this house for most of the year, so we know it has all you need for a great stay—above a beyond a normal rental. The light-filled office with a sliding glass door is perfect for focused remote work. Use our kettlebells, weights, and exercise bike to work out at home. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the huge jacuzzi tub. But best of all is the location, so close to all the action.
