We had a great stay! Host was very accommodating and responsive. The property was well-kept and plenty of space for our group. A couple great cafes within walking distance. Would definitely stay here when back in Baltimore!
Our family stayed at Ade’s property for 3 nights for a family wedding. We would definitely stay here again! The communication with the host was fantastic for any needs that arose. We really had no complaints other than it was a bit difficult to keep the second and third floors cool. This required turning the thermostat down significantly and leaving it there all the time. The hosts were willing to bring more fans if needed. Be prepared for a bit of smoke smell when entering in the evening. We believe this comes from the unit next door as it wasn’t always present. We had no problems parking right in front of the property, most likely because we returned to the home pretty late each day. We can see how this area may get busy for parking otherwise. All in all, the next time we visit Baltimore and are looking for a home to stay in, we will try and get Ade’s property for sure.
We visited Baltimore for the Children’s Museum and National Aquarium, and this property couldn’t have been more perfectly located. Within a 15-minute walk, we had Little Italy (incredible pizza!), Starbucks, Dunkin’, Attman’s Deli and both of our main attractions. We barely touched our cars all weekend, which is a huge win in the city. The space itself was spotless, and the host went above and beyond. We were able to book both breakfast and dinner the kitchen was fully stocked and they even left beverages for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. With 4 adults and 2 children, we all had plenty of room and felt completely at home.A note for those unfamiliar with Baltimore: this is an urban, city neighborhood, and it comes with the energy and character of city living. We’ll be honest, we had zero issues, felt comfortable throughout our stay, and every single person we encountered was friendly and welcoming. Street parking was readily available right out front. If you’re open to a true city experience, don’t let hesitation hold you back. We’d absolutely stay here again.
Very nice row house close to Fells Point. Walkable in cooler weather. Easy walk down to the harbor. Good space for a family or a small group of friends.

Thank you Shannon. It was truly a pleasure hosting you and your family.
Place was clean and host was helpful. Don't mind the GoogleMaps pictures. While the neighborhood is not picture perfect, the area is safe and a few blocks from where restaurants have moved into warehouse space. Location is walkable to the convention center and other points of interest . I would stay there again.
Property was very clean with updated appliances, nice kitchen, and washing machine/dryer. Location is great with a 10-20 minute walk to most locations in downtown. Plenty of parking in front of and around the property. Safe area of town. Hosts were very communicative and informative.
The stay was a good expierience the house is very well kept the host was very accommodating if i can offer one suggestion the second floor bedroom did not have televisions in them i personally would have liked to stay on the second floor instead of the third floor everything else was great thanks to the host
The condo was as listed. Location and parking were good. Easy walk to aquarium and inner harbor. Close to restaurants and attractions. Plenty of space and conveniences for our family of 4. Host was easy to communicate with and answering any concerns. We enjoyed our stay.
We were in town for a wedding and it was great place to stay; it was easy to walk to the downtown areas and Uber services were easy and quick; it was easy to for all 5 of us to get ready for the wedding at with 2 full bathrooms; the neighbors were very nice and we were able to park easily; sorry we don't have any photos;
Stay for patient in Johns Hopkins hospital. Last minute booking. Was t sure on duration. Adey was super in being flexible to our unknown schedule. She was caring and was praying for our son’s recovery. Super host
Communication was excellent, check-in process was clear and essy. We went for a Baltimore Ravens football game. It was just a short walk to the inner Harbour area (really close to little Italy)
It was clean and sufficient for our needs. A little further than we wanted from Fells point. So we had to drive. It is walkable to Little Italy. Host was very responsive. Parking in front was always available.
I would recommend this property. The host was easy to communicate with and parking is just out front. It is located on a busy street so understand that there is noise from traffic. Dishware is limited - we didn't do any cooking so it wasn't an issue for us.

Thank you for your kind review.
We do have dishware and pots for cooking are in the lower cabinets in the kitchen. We have included this in the information we provide to our guests.
I was traveling with a family from Tanzania (2 parents and a 3 year old), and we enjoyed the home. With the heat wave, it was delight to come into a cool house, and the AC worked really well. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was good. It was too far for us to walk to Inner Harbor ... mainly because of the heat! No problems with parking, and the neighbors were friendly.

2nd floor bath - fan and light didn't work. 2nd floor shower had horrible pressure.Didn't know what most of the light switches were for.No directions for running TV and coffee machine. Never got the coffee machine to work.Didn't know what the alarm at the front door was for and had a constant blinking light.Pictures on VRBO and the actual property were not the same. The place was more dated than the online pictures.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry that some parts of your stay didn’t go as smoothly as they should have. I wish we’d known about the bathroom fan, shower pressure, and coffee machine while you were here — we would have been happy to take care of those right away.
The blinking light near the front door is part of the home’s security system, and we’ve updated our welcome guide to explain that better.
Thank you again for bringing these things to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to improve. I hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide a much better experience next time.
We rented this property as part of my Daughter's 40th Birthday present. Our activities included a DC trip, Inner Harbor, and an Oriole baseball game. The property was exactly as advertised. It's an older home with plenty of room that Adey takes great care of. It was close to 100 degrees outside but the home AC worked great and kept us all cool.
The home is in walking distance to the inner harbor and Camden Yards. There's a deli and Starbucks just a couple of blocks away. And, there's parking on the street which is a big plus in a city!
Adey was a great host who was easy to contact. Even when the batteries to the front door lock went bad, they came right over and replaced them. She even had a few drinks in the refrigerator waiting for us when we arrived! I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

Dear Chuck,
We're so glad you and your family had a great time at our home. We look forward to hosting you again.
Spacious, spotless, easy walk to Little Italy and Fells Point
This property is as advertised. The owner is very proactive and responsive. Extra kudos for sending someone over same day to retrieve a pair of lost sunglasses that had been dropped into the locked mailbox by a helpful Uber driver. Thank you Ade!
Bedrooms could be improved by adding small bureaus for unpacking clothes. (I wasn't bothered by this, but my partner wanted a place to put his tshirts!) There is plenty of closet space.
The kitchen is well-supplied, including some beverages provided by the host. A nice welcoming touch! The living area is comfortable, including a powder room on the first floor and a small furnished deck.
A couple of blocks immediately around the property are gentrifying, so walking home late at night could be a little dicey. We felt very comfortable walking to the Inner Harbor during the day and walking several blocks to Little Italy for dinner, returning shortly after dark. There is excellent parking in front of the house and also easy space for Uber to drop off, so we just Ubered when we were out later at night.
Five stars for location, spaciousness, laundry facilities, kitchen, and cleanliness, and ten stars for our wonderful host!
