Worst experiance ever with a Host

The worst experience ever with a VRBO host. He requested 1000.00 two days before arrival to heat the pool for seven days we arrived to a disgusting cold pool and spa, this continued for the whole week. The host controlled the spa & pool heat and filtering. He only turned the heat and filtering on during the day, so we woke up to a cold pool until noon. Contacted the host about the disgusting pool daily and he finally sent a pool repairman one day before we left. He attempted to repair the issue but it persisted until we left. Communication with the host was extremely poor. Check-in was a nightmare, after many requests he finally responded with the door code two hours before arrival. As for the house it was as described, except there were electrical issues with some plugs, the lights flickered, and the dishwasher did not work.
