Great Location - Close to WDW

Everything was great. The host was helpful, and the check-in process was great. We have stayed at this resort complex a number of times, and this unit was amazing. We had young kids, and the proximity to Walt Disney World Parks allowed us to come home mid-day before going back to close out the parks each day. While part of our group went to another theme park, we utilized the shuttle from the resort, and it was very convenient. Kids enjoyed the pool area.

Great place!

There was five of us. 3 adults, 2 children. Plenty of space! Clean property. Pools were great! Kids enjoyed the arcade, and Pizza Hut and a convenience store was just downstairs. Everything closeby. We went to Disney so it was an easy drive. Thanks! Definitely recommending this place to friends and family!

We had a great time at this property. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were visiting, but we got to use the pool a couple of times and my grandson loved it. Ken was helpful and answered my questions pretty quickly. We stayed an extra day so we needed more towels, but when I went down to get them, I was told I had to pay for them because there was a washer and dryer in the room, which wasn't a problem at all. So I went back to the room to wash the towels but the dryer wasn't working. I did reach out to Ken, who in turn reached out to maintenance, unfortunately by the time they got there, we were leaving early the next day. It really wasn't a big deal, but if you are staying here, just be sure to double check that the dryer works and you are able to wash the towels. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay Ken!

Disney World family trip

We had a great stay. Went to the 4 Disney parks and location was perfect. I didn’t really talk with the owner but we had no issues and Didn’t really need to. My only complaint is unit while in good condition is dated and really could have used usb chargers located around the unit, as updated hotels have these many times in the base of table lights. But we got exactly what we needed. Room for everyone, an extra bathroom and someplace to make breakfast before we went to the park

We had a wonderful time staying at this resort. Our condo was nicely groomed. The beds were comfortable. One of the toilet stopped up and the icemaker didn’t work but we call the front desk and they took care of it The pool was delightful, the snack bar was good. Every person I talk to at the front desk was very cordial. The price was right for a three bedroom/two bath. Especially for the location. The host was very kind and prompt and answering any questions I had Prior to check in. Thanks everybody, our mother-daughter trip was very enjoyable.

We were thrilled with our stay - everything was exactly as described online. The unit was extremely clean and we experienced no issues during our stay. They even provided starter packs of dishwasher detergent, toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, basic toiletries, etc. We cooked meals in the unit every day and that saves so much money over dining out.The many conveniences on the property were a huge plus - we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and poolside bar/grill. We also utilized the convenience store, the Pizza Hut Express, and the Irish pub. We even found some great deals at the outlet mall next door. The kids enjoyed the kids' activity area in the main building just past reception. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was really nice and good amount of space. The only thing is there was a cockroach that I had to kill. Maybe they should spray around each condo to prevent that.

My stay was fantastic but I did speak with another patron in the elevator who was very disappointed that his washer and dryer were not working properly and his fridge was leaking. This made me feel lucky for the room we got which did not have any issues but may impact our decision in the future.

Perfect condo for a family getaway!

This is an excellent condo, especially for the price. Our 2-parent, 3-kid family has outgrown your typical hotel room so this spacious 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was just what we needed. Great location too - we went to both Disney Parks and Universal Studios during our stay. We also really enjoyed the hotel pool with the super fun water slide in the pirate ship. Would highly recommend!

Great place

Overall our stay was great. We did Disney, Universal and Discovery Cove. Perfect spot of all the attractions. When I called down to the front desk the night of our arrival to let them know I didn’t have a pan or spatula to make eggs, no one answered. I did go down the next morning and they sent house keeping up with most of the missing utensils. I will book here again.

It is a resort Hotel, ideally located. Clean, luxurious and professionally run. 2 Pools and steps away from a fabulous Outlet Mall and magically close to all attractions with free shuttle service provided. Having stayed at this condo personally with my family, it is perfect fun for all ages.

These units are located in Building 3 and 1, and has pool and Garden view. in building #1, its on the 8th floor with pool view, in building #3 it is on the 5th floor with Garden and Fountain view. Moreover, we have quality suites with the spectacular view which you and your family would enjoy.
