We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, but we’re sorry to learn that the temperature in the condo was not as comfortable as you had hoped. During your stay, our maintenance team inspected the air conditioning system and confirmed that all of the AC units were operating properly and cooling as designed. We understand, however, that during periods of extreme summer heat, especially in a large penthouse with expansive windows, it can sometimes take longer to reach the desired temperature. We appreciate your comments regarding the lack of ceiling fans as well. Guest feedback like yours is valuable and helps us identify opportunities to improve the overall comfort of the home. Regarding the AC and cooling of the condo, we will have the system checked, as the cooling had not been an issue reported at the property previously. However, we completely understand your concern, especially with a larger group, and we will look into a solution to help ensure the condo remains comfortable for future guests. We also apologize for the concerns regarding the number of beach towels, trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, as well as not receiving the additional towels requested. We understand how these details can make a difference in the overall experience, particularly when traveling with a larger group.
