Clean, safe, and great location

This place has great amenities (pool, jacuzzi, gym, pool table, and games) and is in close proximity to nearby restaurants, bars, grocery stores, activities, & parks. Uber is available here. The apartment was clean and we felt very safe in the area. Would recommend and will be back!

The apartment is in a very convienent area and is very well kept inside and outside. Very secure as well as key card access is needed all times of the day and 24 hour front desk security, so if you are a solo traveler male or female like I am, this is ideal for you! The pool is beautiful as well! Many food places including a food hall called “INEDITO” with many delicious options right around the corner. a few bars and clubs about 10-15 mins away at a part of the town called La Cali area(be sure to look up the bar crawl on Expedia) Room was very clean. Beautiful views on the balcony day and night of the city!! Host was very responsive if you needed him. Definitely will recommend and will be back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay in San José! Check-in was easy, and the location was one of the best parts. We could walk to several restaurants, a great coffee shop around the corner, and the nearby stadium for our concert. Walking to the stadium was much more convenient than taking an Uber. Garage parking was available, although we did not have a rental car.The balcony was relaxing, and the pool was large and enjoyable. We were looking forward to the hot tub, but the water was only lukewarm, which the front desk confirmed was its normal temperature.A few improvements could make the stay more comfortable. The A/C did not cool the entire condo as well as expected from the listing. The living room stayed the coolest, so we slept there most nights. The first bedroom was more comfortable with the door open and fans running, but in my opinion, the second bedroom was too warm to comfortably sleep in. We also noticed the A/C shut off around 12:30–1:00 a.m., making the temperature change noticeable. Floor fans in the bedrooms would be helpful.Instructions for the 2-in-1 washer/dryer would also be helpful, as it can be confusing and takes quite a while to dry. The shower water pressure was light, and the shower doors gradually slid open while showering. Also, bring your own washcloths if you prefer to use them.A couple of complimentary bottles of water upon arrival would also be a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed the location, balcony, amenities, and convenience of the condo!
