The Neighborhood:

Cocoa Beach is a quiet and relaxing, but filled with plenty of opportunities for fun an excitement. It's an area that is perfect for those looking for a peaceful but fun escape. Our townhome is located just steps away from the beach where the waves and the sand are waiting for you to enjoy. Take a walk to downtown Cocoa Beach, with so many options for restaurants, bars and shops, you can count on leaving your car parked during your whole stay. Or go on a short drive to the Kennedy Space Center to witness the history of NASA or visit the Brevard Zoo, approximately 25 minutes away for an unforgettable animal experience. This also makes a great spot for a pre and post cruise destination. With everything that we offer in our beachfront townhome, you're guaranteed to experience the perfect vacation.



Getting Around:

The beach and many restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance and Lyft and Uber are prevalent in our area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.



Regarding the 8-guest occupancy, we provide 2 queens and 1 king bed that can comfortably sleep 6 guests. We also provide 1 trifold floor mattress that can sleep 1 more guest. Along with a couch that can sleep 1 additional guest.

Condo was as expected, clean, clear directions, good parking for two vehicles. Plenty of room in bedrooms and master suite for our own space. Quick 5 min walk to the beach. Unfortunately the hot tub needed service and was not usable until our last two days.

We had such a great stay at this house! It’s very unassuming from the outside but inside was clean, comfortable, and uniquely decorated. There was plenty of room for 4 of us with 2.5 bathrooms. Easy walk to downtown bars and restaurants and the beach. Ease of access, good communication from hosts. Would definitely recommend.

The kitchen could have used more silverware, smaller plastic cups for kids, smaller bowls for cereal, and maybe some bathroom cups.The location to the beach was fantastic! The house was real spacious, with lots of storage. The hot tub is nice, but the jets didn't always turn on. We were provided a wagon to help carry our things to the beach. Overall it was a great time. The house was clean with plenty of trash bags, dishwasher pods, linens etc. there was a also a nice washer and dryer on sight, which came in very handy. There were plenty of things to see and do. We would definately reccomend this place.

This was just what we expected. The place was clean, plenty of utensils in the kitchen and comfortable beds. The hot tub was cleaned every week while we were there. That was a nice benefit. We were only 3 blocks from the beach.The dog loved sitting in the sun in the backyard.We had a problem with the lock and it was replaced immediately. Very responsive hosts.We would stay again when we’re in the cocoa beach area.

My friends and I stayed here for 4 days and had a nice time. The check-in was a bit tricky, the keypad needs to maybe be update? It requires several tries to unlock and then lock again upon leaving. The place was super clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the keurig and k-cups provided (we also bought some of our own) but there were ground coffee packages but no reusable k-cup to use with them. The water and ice in the fridge are tricky too, every time we filled our cups with ice water also squirted out. Not a big deal, but it made a mess. The location is walkable to the beach and many shops and restaurants. The beds are super comfortable. The main issue we had was with a dirty, cloudy, and sandy hot tub. I requested a cleanup service and was told a company would come to do it. That day, no hot tub cleaner. Next day, no hot tub cleaner. I kept reaching out for service and kept getting told someone would come out and they’d keep me updated. No one ever came and we didn’t get to use the hot tub. We did get a later check out at no cost and refunded some of our fees. So overall it was a decent experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The outside of the unit isn’t the most appealing but the inside made up for it. The checkin process was super easy. We didn’t have any issues with the code to get in the unit. The hot tub worked great. The place is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The beach as well. If ever visiting Cocoa again would definitely stay there again.
